Llevo 4 años con Alex y Cesar trabajando, nunca jamás en la vida e tenido ningún problema en cuanto a mi paga o tips. En mi pensar no juegan con el dinero de sus empleado o sea nosotros, siempre están dispuestos a ayudarnos en lo q necesitamos, plus lo se y lo confirmo Alex (dueño) muchas veces nos a dejado hacer de sus perros no solo eso a compartido de sus propinas lo cual no lo tiene q hacer para q cobremos bien Y ayudar a sus empleados. Y por último y esta es mi opinión esta no es la forma si tienes alguna duda podías preguntar y con mucho gusto ellos tienen todo guardado de lo q hacemos no es la forma ni la manera después de tanto tiempo haber trabajado para ellos. read more

Alex's Pet Grooming was absolutely fantastic! We had recently adopted a dog who was in need of grooming and was referred by a friend whose other friend has her 2 dogs groomed there. From the second I called, the customer service was incredible. They were very thorough in sharing what the process was for a new "client" and upon completing, was called back to book an appointment. I was able to get my dog in by the next week. Upon arriving, they were so extremely kind and welcoming and made me feel at ease. They texted as soon as my dog was ready and even followed up with a photo of him a couple days later. I couldn't be happier with Alex Pet Grooming! read more

I've been bringing my fur baby, Beau, to Alex for over 12 years for grooming and he has consistently exceeded my expectations. We love Alex! We have a rare breed dog and Alex took so much time to read the notes I provided about her cut. He wasn't annoyed and was genuinely curious to learn. I can't tell you how much that meant to us. Alex took such excellent care of our nervous pup and it was the first time I wasn't worried about leaving her. I had such peace of mind knowing that she was in kind and capable hands. Her haircut was the best she has ever had. I can't recommend Alex enough. He is such a blessing to us! Good afternoon! I don't want to make a bad impression... but I've been working for the company for much longer than you and I've never been short a dollar. In addition, they are excellent people when it comes to animal treatment and customer service! I don't understand why you speak about them that way because while you had your personal situation, they helped you with work time and days off and absences... so I don't understand why you speak badly of people who only helped you in your process. read more

I have never been to a more caring and wonderful groomer as Alex's .Everyone in the establishment really showed how much they loved what they do. I brought my mini golden doodle in for grooming, and they did an amazing job! Her coat came out so soft, clean, and perfectly trimmed. She looks adorable and smells wonderful. They were gentle and patient with her, which I really appreciate since doodles can be a bit wiggly. I can tell she was well cared for. Definitely recommend and will be coming back! read more
