She is very thorough and really takes the time to make sure everything is going well and that you are following her instructions. I highly recommend her and her practice. I am high risk, her website says she specializes in high risk, so I went to her. She proceeds to try to rush me out only first appointment after an extremely uncomfortable Pap telling me I need to go to a high risk clinic. She also left the door open when I was still in just a gown. Not answering any questions or listening to me when in front of me. So I go to her JC office for an ultrasound, because at 10pm the night before my appointment, she calls me and tells me ALL of the machines in Saddle Brook are broken. So I go because I really want to find out more about my pregnancy. At my follow up visit, I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room, 30 minutes in the exam room just for her to come storming in telling me I need to go to a high risk clinic. I was in the processes of finding a clinic that my insurance would cover, so I wanted to get whatever care I could (Dr. Mann) in the meantime. She then tells me she is going to make some phone calls and to go back into the waiting room . She calls me back up into the hallway to tell me my pap results which shocked me, and to tell me she would call with centers that I could go to (She never called! Called back 3 times with no info). Once I finally found a high risk clinic that I could go to, I needed to have my files forwarded to them. When I called them to ask for my files, they told me I needed to have my new doctor request them? So I call my new Dr to ask them to do that and they were very confused, told me that I needed to sign a release form for them to be faxed over. I call the office again asking if I can come sign a release form for my records, and I get a simple "Yes" from the same person who told me my doctor needs to request them. They also lost my first ultrasound and bloodwork information from that day, which was a very large blood test (12-14 vials of blood!) All in all, the office is a total sh**show disaster!

I cannot say enough about this doctor. My only worry is what will we do when he retires. Dr. Dutta is the sweetest, warmest, most courteous, caring, thorough, professional doctor I have ever gone to. He listens to me and all of my concerns no matter how big or small. He follows up on every situation and leaves no stone unturned. He takes nothing for granted and always makes sure that every question is answered. The care he provides is top-notch because he cares about his patients. Thankyou Dr. Dutta. We love you.

Dr. Dutta is extremely thorough and has always made me feel like a priority. He will always get to the root of the problem for you. She and lonnie are very heartless and could care less about patients. They have time for certain patients and have more interest in what insurance people have than actually making their establishment better for new and expectant mothers. I will never go here again and have had a better experience and treatment with my second pregnancy with a more experienced midwife elsewhere. I won't recommend this place to anyone. Oh another thing is that the receptionist are into every patients personal business and really need to improve on their work ethic. Not…read moreonly did it take a week and two days to hear back in IMPORTANT results, they gave me the misleading results and because of that I went untreated for a long period of time. Luckily the REAL OBGYN was able to diagnosed me properly. One thing to mention is when I was getting looked at, I specifically asked for an OB/GYN and they insisted on giving me a midwife who has no knowledge of that, of an OB/GYN. I thought I was initially going to see a professional OB/GYN, and when I told them I didn't have insurance all of a sudden she was unavailable!

It was high risk pregnancy and I was monitored the entire time. And then it was honestly like there was a complete 180. A procedure I needed to have had to be pushed back because of failure to schedule on behalf of the scheduling coordinator and then I finally canceled said procedure because yet again, the same scheduler failed to call both myself and the office regarding the required labs that were needed to be done prior to the procedure. I refused to allow medical "professionals" perform a procedure on me when they couldn't even get the scheduling correct or have processes in order prior to the procedure. And then to make matters worse, I realized that a prescription they've been refilling for me for months wasn't called in to the pharmacy and when I requested that the doctor call it in (via CVS electronic service) it never happened which in turn prompted me to call the clinic to request it be called in and I was informed that "they're an urgent care facility and I should have a primary doctor call it in and not them but that they would check to see if it were possible to call it in this last time but we're sure it couldn't be called in for the remainder of the year" ... WHAAAT? This was NEVER shared with me in any consultation or appointment and is just another example of why this rating is now 1 star, because how odd is it that all of a sudden after I canceled my procedure, expressed my frustrations and concerns, that my prescription may not be able to be refilled ... seems a bit retaliatory and completely unprofessional to me. After things are figured out with my prescription I know I'll never return to this location and urge others to be cautious when trusting this location with their feminine health.
