The home buying process was pretty simple and easy with her help. I ask a lot of questions and Stacy was there to answer every one. She had flexible availability and really worked with our schedules. We did have a couple issues after our survey with an overlap in the deeds and a fence on a portion of our yard. Stacy completely took care of these issues with the sellers and we did not deal with them, other than making a few decisions. It's dealing with things like this, that made Stacy so great. She worked hard to work everything out and tried to make the process as easy and stress free as possible for us. Now we are in our beautiful first home and so happy! I highly recommend Stacy for any real estate needs!

As soon as we met Stacy we dumped that chump. She is smart, experienced and energetic. Whatever needed to be done she was immediately ON IT! As rare as it is today, we felt like Stacy really cared about this big step in our lives. She has good sense and gives good advice. She will not put you in a home unless she feels that it will be right for you! We did visit Stacy once in Greensboro and made our offer based on her showing us the property via facetime. She is a consummate professional - the one person you WANT on your side when buying in this area. We LOVE her! Hire Stacy. Do it now. You wont be sorry.

She also clearly knew her stuff and was incredibly knowledgeable about the process, explaining every step along the way. I was selling my home after moving out of state, and so I needed to have confidence it was being left in good hands. Janina not only made the process smooth and stress free with the sale, but she also offered to help donate things if I couldn't find a home for them before moving (I was on a tight timeframe). Further, she did a great job staging my home to look amazing. And lastly, she went above and beyond by swinging by the property frequently to clear a frozen condensation pipe so the furnace would keep running while the house was empty. If you're stressed with picking the right realtor to help you buy or sell a home, stop worrying about it and go with Janina. You're not going to find someone more incredible at what they do, and you'll get a personal touch and expertise that makes the whole process a breeze.

What to say about Janina? I have been thinking about this review for over a week on what I wanted…read moreto say. This woman moves mountains without even breaking a sweat. She did ALL the legwork on the property side of our first home purchase. I have dealt with other realtors in the past, and I was ready to do everything myself. Nope, I never even had to ask. She was on it and took care of all the details, but made sure that we were ok with everything she was doing before she did it. We were involved in everything, but she took the lead. When something didn't seem right to her, she made sure it was addressed and taken care of. The right way. A little background about me, when someone pushes me, I tend to dig my feet in and shut down. I am stubborn to a fault. But when I needed an extra push, she did it gently and without any guilt or pressure. If I wanted to wait, she was patient with me and let me wait. When I started to get nervous about a property, she went and made sure everything was going to be ok. When the negotiations started, she let us know all the options and guided us to a winning offer. She may be small in stature, but she is a force to be reckoned with, with the patience of a saint. I will always sing her praises. Thank you, Janina, for everything.

My experience with Stephanie Snyder during a rental application process was extremely disappointing…read moreand left me questioning the level of client advocacy and professionalism I received. Stephanie was my family's primary point of contact from the beginning. The individual who showed us the property explained that she was only responsible for the showing and could not answer questions about the rental or application process. We were specifically instructed to direct those questions to Stephanie. Once we decided to move forward, Stephanie created a group conversation with Mark Mann, explaining that he was the property manager and would guide us through the application process. Based on that, I reasonably expected both of them to work together to assist us if any issues arose. My family and I each paid a $90 application fee, totaling $270, and submitted every document requested, including pay stubs, employer information, and identity verification through the required third-party screening platform. Despite doing everything requested, our applications were denied based on claims of "unverifiable income" and "unverifiable identity." Those findings did not appear to reflect the documentation we had submitted. When I raised these discrepancies, I expected the professionals involved to investigate the concerns and help determine what had gone wrong. Instead, I experienced repeated referrals between Mark Mann, the third-party screening company, and others, with no one taking clear ownership of resolving the issues. Although Stephanie remained part of the communication throughout the process, I did not feel she acted as an advocate for prospective applicants when legitimate concerns were raised. Rather than helping move the matter toward a resolution, I felt my concerns were continually redirected. One response that particularly stood out to me was Stephanie's statement that she would forward my concerns to the property owners. I found that confusing because my concerns involved the rental application process and how our applications had been handled, matters I believed should have been addressed by the professionals managing the transaction. I never understood how forwarding those concerns to the property owners would resolve questions regarding the application process. Throughout this process, I was not offered a refund despite repeatedly raising concerns that I believed the application process had not been handled fairly or accurately. In my opinion, simply designating an application fee as "non-refundable" should not eliminate accountability when legitimate questions are raised about how an application was processed. Consumers deserve confidence that the process is accurate, transparent, and consistently applied, especially when they are paying non-refundable fees. It ultimately took months of follow-up and repeated attempts to obtain a meaningful response. After consulting with legal counsel and continuing to pursue the matter, a refund was eventually discussed only as part of a proposed settlement that included restrictions on future complaints. In my opinion, that proposal did not address the underlying concerns or acknowledge the significant time and effort required simply to have my concerns taken seriously, so I declined it. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion. Based on that experience, I would not choose to work with Stephanie Snyder, Mark Mann, Stephanie Snyder & Associates or Realty Consultants Property Management again. I encourage prospective renters to ask detailed questions before paying application fees, understand exactly who will be responsible if issues arise, and document every communication throughout the application process. Transparency, accountability, and clear communication should be expected from every real estate professional.
