Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and then waited 40 minutes before giving up and leaving. I could hear my stylist talking away the entire time, not a care in the world - never came out to acknowledge the delay to my appointment - such incredibly poor service. Horrible. read more

He's immensely talented at what he does--you can just tell when he's working with your hair that he knows what he's doing. I went to see him for a major chop and he even toned my old balayage for me (free of charge) so that my cut would look better. And it did, I was shocked at how much better my color looked afterwards. I've been coming to this salon for about a year now, and Alex is without a doubt the best hairdresser I have ever had regarding cut, color, extensions, and conversation. I've tried several salons prior and this is the first that I've become a regular at. Everyone is always welcomed in warmly, and from what I've seen, most clients view him as friend, myself included. As an added plus side, his prices for services are a steal, especially when compared to other salons in Tuscaloosa. Top quality service for more than reasonable costs. I've never had a bad experience, I've always been taken care of when going there. Finally, I don't have to go to Atlanta for a progressive, hip latest trend Salon. Alex is an amazing "Artist" at his chosen Art. I suggest you get in there quickly so you get an opportunity to experience what NO other Salon in Tuscaloosa has, STYLE!!! Make sure to get there early, so you can walk around the outside of the Salon, there's a hand painted-larger than life mural that wraps the entire building, amazing as it is, just wait till you walk thru the front doors, that's where you feel like you're in a large metropolitan city.
