Management installed a temporary lock in August that did not fix the problem and, nearly six months later, no permanent repair or replacement has been completed. I followed up multiple times, including a formal written notice citing applicable safety and habitability requirements. Despite acknowledgments, no timeline or resolution has been provided. The issue has been consistently redirected rather than addressed. This experience reflects poor follow-through and a lack of effective property management. Never followed through on anything, begged me to lower the price several times and then ultimately never showed up at any showings. Never did an open house, never provided signage, never even listed the property correctly for a year after asking him to make changes several times. The listing was COMPLETELY wrong online which absolutely contributed to no showings. Furthermore I finally was able to get the editing done after threatening to fire him. The day the listing was finally changed - mind you with a ton of spelling errors.... a buyer magically appeared. Well low and behold we had a full ask offer. Great... went into contract, and allegedly this buyer was 'GOLDEN'. Fast Forward more than 3 months... the buyers credit was awful, no income, no money, no chance of being approved. I was held up for 3+ months because the broker did not do his due diligence and assured me the buyer was perfect. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. DO NOT TRUST this brokerage... when I complained to the manager weeks ago, Barbara, she assured me Paul Conforti would call me and again no phone calls, and she never even returned my call as well. The lack of communication and professionalism is horrendous. The can try and blame everything on Covid-19, sure we are in different times, but phones still work, text still works, and showings are happening every minute! This broker and brokerage experience was HORRIBLE. STEER CLEAR!!!
