The inside of the apartments are very nice but that's the only thing they have going for them. They are too expensive considering that the amenities we pay for are constantly closed or broken. There's a gym above the office where 1 out of the 3 treadmills actually works. The stationary bike has been broken for years along with 3 of the 6 weight machines that are also broken. The pool is another matter altogether. There have been several summers where the pool has turned a swamp green and was closed for an extended time. Now the pool looks beautiful but the office staff can't be bothered to unlock the gates so ppl have to climb over the gate. Maintenance requests take over a week to get complete and that's if you call several times to ensure it gets completed. It's not worth the money to live here read more

Alexander Park Lived here over 3 years & things were ok not great with Champion owning the place but since Birge & Held took over last year it's WAY worse. If you move here you should know that packages will be misdelivered to other buildings because no one can see the address on all sides only the front. Expensive Christmas presents have been taken by other tenants with no recourse. Someone also broke into (got the master mail keys) for the whole mailbox area and it was left open for weeks. Management couldn't care less. Same people who are supposed to staff Alexander Park office have to also work at Stafford House down the street. Website & hours listed for properties are a lie. Someone is only there less than half the time. So good luck trying to get ahold of anyone to pay your rent in person (online system has screwed up several times & not worked charging late fees) or to pick up a package. Lots of times it's locked and empty or there's a note that they are at the other property. Clearly having 1-2 people to run 2 residences part time is a great business plan to save money. There are also potholes all over the parking lot that have never ever been fixed and they just get worse and worse. Be careful driving in the parking lot as you have to avoid them and some people speeding through. The gym & bathroom in the amenity area are NEVER cleaned or supplied with anything. We've all been waiting for OVEr A YEAR for management to bother putting cleaning wipes or paper towels or water back in the gym area. Many of us have asked for cleaning supplies and just get ignored. These people are so cheap they won't even buy toilet paper or paper towels for the bathroom in the gym. The units only look ok on the outside, they're dark and dingy inside with paper thin walls. You will hear your neighbors say and do everything! From walking or running up the stairs outside to slamming their doors at all hours of the night. Drunk people make noise in the courtyard and parking lot area frequently at night and nothing is ever done. There's been multiple car break ins over the years too. There is no such thing as security here you're on your own. Forget trying to use the amenity pool area because it's either dirty or supplies are never replenished for the bathroom. Some residents will trash the pool deck area with their glass & garbage or even jump the fence & party when it's supposed to be closed. Their solution last year was just to close the pool area after 5 or 6pm on weekdays whenever the staff would leave the office and lock up. A few problem residents got to ruin it for everyone. So you're going to pay for a dirty gym and pool area that's just closed, or dirty or trashed. Nice. Birge and Held have SO many properties & so little staff for each they couldn't care less about residents or improving anything at all. They've had more than enough time to fix basic things or hire staff since acquiring Alexander Park and Stafford House and have done nothing but raise our rent. Enjoy having your rent jacked $200 every year for the privilege of staying in an old shabby apartment. You'd be better off finding somewhere safer to live not owned by this asset management firm. read more

Don't move here! DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place is trash! For what they're charging, not worth it. You can hear everything through the walls; I know too much about my neighbors. Our neighbor screams all kinds of obscene things, vacuums at 1:00am, runs up and down the halls at all hours of the night. It's so crazy. Maintenance is terrible. There's dog feces everywhere! Every couple of weeks the dog receptacles over flow, people start leaving bags of poop and actual poop everywhere. We can't open our windows in the summer let alone sit on our porch without looking at overflowing trash or smelling dog crap. It's absolutely disgusting! Pipes used for fire & rescue have burst multiple times. We've received multiple notices of package thefts; our packages were delivered to UPS and we had to pick them up because of the theft problem. "A property owner is responsible for keeping a rental property in habitable condition, that is, fit to be lived in. If there are health or safety issues at the property that are breaching the warranty of habitability, the tenant can contact a local agency regarding the problem." I'd say, no access to water in case of a fire due to burst pipes and feces everywhere ALL of the time is a serious problem. I'll be contacting my local health agency. read more

Champion used to manage this property and the one day get a notice that the apartments were sold. The new owners Burge and something don't belong in apartments. I have never lived in such a poorly mananged apartment. No staff, never, no phones are answered, you're lucky if you get ahold of anyone. The attempt to clean the grounds once a week. The pool, wow, they don't a clue how to maintain this pool. Like being burned by chlorine and swim in water that's cloudy, come to Alexander Park. The absolute worst apartment management around. Just look at the website for the new ownership, it's all about bragging on how many assets they own. This company is only here to build a portfolio of assets with no care whatsoever for the tenants. This is the loudest apartment complex I have EVER lived at (which is saying something because I used to live next to a frat house on OSU campus). Kids are constantly screaming. The leasing office blasts pop music from the pool speakers from 10am-5pm. The pool is open until 10 pm now, which is great, unless you are living next to it. After the leasing office stops blasting their music around 5pm, the residents will blast their own music from 5pm-10 pm. Don't live here if you work a night shift, or work from home, or need quiet for any reason. In addition, the sprinkler system drowns out their courtyards, so there isn't really any place to take your dog out. And they aren't overly consistent about clearing the trash from the dog waste containers. The trash compactor is consistently broken as well. AND you will lose power for hours at a time whenever there is a storm, and sometimes when there is no storm at all. Granted, I don't think this is the complex's fault, but nonetheless, I've only been living here for a year and and we've lost power upwards of 10 times. This was pretty inconvenient considering that I work from home. If you live on the opposite end from the pool and you don't have dogs, you may be able to tolerate this place. read more

We love living here! We definitely had some noisy upstairs neighbors at some point but that's normal living below someone. Since Champion took over, they are definitely hosting a ton of really fun events and wanting to make the complex a real community. The staff is so sweet and always very helpful. The pool and fitness area are always clean and ready to be used. There is a really good mix of young adults, families and older people so you get a little bit of everything here! Also, people complain about parking but we have NEVER had a problem. Sometimes we have to park 20 feet away, but there is always parking in the community. I stopped into the office and was told my issues would be addressed by the end of the week, this was last week and no one has reached out or shown up to do anything. Me and my husband loved living here until champion management stepped down. The new management is terrible, phones constantly not working to get ahold of anyone in the main office. No one working in the office throughout the week, pool closed this past weekend with absolutely no warning. Huge party in the pool area 2 weekends ago with people smoking weed that don't live here (they stated they didn't live there but come to the pool area often). We lived here for two years before buying a home. Extremely updated and nice apartments from the inside. Multiple Problems: Very thin walls--you hear everything. Music playing all hours and no one wants to help/will help from the corporation or staff. Parking was AWFUL. People park wherever they want--even illegally against the building fire lanes. Try pulling out of your parking space at 4 am to go to work and have lines of cars parked against the buildings fire lane behind your car so you have to pull out and back in multiple times to avoid hitting idiots cars who park behind your car illegally--or just hit them anyway. Cars ARE NEVER TOWED despite other reviews people made mentioning it. You can call the cooperation or office staff and they will say they never call and have cars towed. We moved out the second we could. The pool is nice, but it is completely like the MTV pool--all perfect bodied young kids that hog all the seats and drink beer in the water. My husband and I have been living here for about a year and a half and absolutely love it!! The staff is awesome and know us by first name, the maintenance team has responded to all our requests within a day or two, the apartments have spacious rooms, and the amenities are super nice. They also put on lots of community events, and we have gotten to know some of the residents through it. Food truck Wednesday are amazing! Seriously would recommend to anyone! We lived here 3 years, and recently left after buying a home. It was extremely unfortunate how our experience ended. Just to give anyone looking to rent here the background, Alexander Park was owned by a company called Live Preferred, but was taken over by Champion toward the middle of winter with no real notice. When Live preferred was there, we had the best experience. They were always so accommodating and wanted us to have the best experience. Staff was very friendly, amenities were in excess, and the overall facility was great. About 2.5 years into our experience, Champion took over, and initially it was rocky. They came in, refused to plow unless at least 3 inches of snow fell and said there is community salt that you're responsible to put down in order to keep yourself safe. I will give them credit as the snow situation improved, but it just wasn't to the same extent as live preferred. There were days I couldn't get my four wheel drive vehicle out of a parking spot...That's saying something. The girls that worked events were always very friendly, so I will say that about them, but other cons include the removal of amenities. Prior to their taking over management there was free printing, no maximum number of guests at the pool, and an overall more laid back vibe. I think Champion forgets that people live in the apartments here and Live preferred always put that at their forefront which made it such a great place to live. The worst of our experience was at move out. Online they do not prorate the rent for you if you move out in the middle of the month. Thus, I went into the office to get a prorated rent. The girl was very friendly and provided me with the move out total. I wrote her a check, she sent me confirmation my rent was paid and we were squared away. Mind you, we were great tenants; Moved out one month early, even told the girls they could use the apartment since it was vacant if they needed to show it to another couple. We were clean and wanted someone else to enjoy the apartment as much as we did. 19 days after rent was paid, I received an email from the same clerk that gave me the prorated rent amount, accepted the check, and sent email confirmation that this was correct asking me to pay $199... and some change. I replied by discussing the email confirmation and payment of the amount she'd supplied me with. She responded by saying this was a mistake and we'd have to pay this. That day, I attempted to reach out to corporate to discuss my concerns as I felt I'd made every effort to pay rent like any other tenant would. I was told someone named Brittany would reach out to me. I called each day that week asking for Brittany, and each day the clerk for corporate told me "She gets all of her emails transcribed and sent directly to her phone, so I'm confident she'll get back to you." After one week with no resolution, I became upset that this felt as if it were just brushed off by management. I received a call that Friday from a desk clerk from Alexander Park telling me there was no need to reach out to corporate and that Champion would be happy to set me up on a payment plan to pay the $234 I owed...Again a different amount than what was quoted by the last person. She stated, "I'm sorry, she was wrong." I informed her Brittany was supposed to be calling back and nothing else was said. The next week I called Monday telling corporate Clerk I had left a number of voicemails with no response. She told me she would be happy to take down my information and get it to the CEO of the company to address the concern. Finally, it felt like someone cared about the situation. I was pleased with the response, typed up my email, and sent it to this clerk. The next day I called to verify with the clerk that she'd received the email only to get a different clerk on the phone. I explained the situation and this person stated, "Oh I'm sorry she told you that but we can't do that." I explained the situation and discussed I'd be willing to speak to Brittany or someone between her and the CEO. The person stated, "I'm sorry Brittany is on vacation and there is no one else." I was shocked. No one else? This person then explained to me that she was in charge of billing and she'd ensure she kept an eye out when my final bill went through. The following week, the lady reached out telling me Alexander Park would be willing to take the $234 out of my security deposit of $500. I eventually agreed as she was unwilling to discuss the situation. I wasn't even close to ready for what was to come... The final bill was near $600! After our security deposit was taken out. They charged us nearly $800 for carpet, and I'll tell you there was one stain that could have been removed with a simple cleaning. They had offered to clean our carpets every year, and I scheduled it but no one had come. Throughly enjoyed our time here. The atmosphere is pretty great it is full of, or was full of, young professionals. They can't say that because it violates some law, but there. The pool and clubhouse are pretty great. I loved the gym. Towels, water, tv's. Tanning bed for those who aren't very intelligent with life choices. Work orders were always handled quickly and thoroughly. I'd definitely recommend the square! Negatives: parking, but let's be real how lazy can you be, walk an extra 40 ft and don't die of heart disease. We've been living at Alexander Square for over a year now and it has been the BEST EXPERIENCE, we've ever had. In the past my experience with apartment management companies have been once you move in, they change their tune and aren't as pleasant as they were when they were trying to get you to sign a lease and move in. In fact, it's quite the opposite at Alexander Square, because they call on a frequent basis, just to see if they can do anything at all to make your stay better. My response is always, "All of you are so sweet and wonderful and I love living here, their is nothing you could do to make it more pleasurable than it is now". If you have a maintenance issue, which is rare, they address it immediately and then have at least one or two follow up calls to make sure the maintenance man completed his job and also if you're happy with the work he did. I looked at other properties in the area, and it was not a pleasant experience at all. Ardent took 4 days just to qualify us, not very friendly, very pushy and the properties did not have the amenities or the beautiful grounds like Alexander Square (Preferred Living) does. The amenities are PHENOMENAL and they even have resident appreciation week, where everyday of the week they do something special for us, such as making us breakfast, giving each unit a whole pizza, give each unit a box of Krispy Kreme donuts, bbq's and this is all in one week, let alone their monthly party's they give us. It's absolutely unbelievable how they treat their residents, I feel like I'm living at a resort, without paying the high price for one. During business hours, the residents are able to enjoy their Starbucks coffee bar, FREE OF CHARGE and a beer tap! Their clubhouse is beautiful and so comfortable, just like your own family room, but with a pool & poker table. Amazing!!! You can even rent out movies for FREE. Preferred Living properties are beautifully maintained, very safe, well lit, ample parking and the pool area has games, such as corn hole, fire pit, which is so nice and can be very romantic in the evening! I've lived @ Alexander Park for 5 years and have lived in 3 of the 4 floorplans. It has been my favorite aparment complex BY FAR....and I have lived in several different apartments in the Dublin/Worthington area. The apartments are great!!! Rooms are huge and the kitchens are FANTASTIC. The 2 bedrooms have a laundry room and spacious balcony which are both great to have. The staff is amazing too. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly and if it can't be completed in a timely manner, they are great @ communicating that with you. Jordyn and Sierra in the leasing office are amazing. They are very nice and extremely helpful. I have not had 1 negative or unpleasant interaction with any of the staff in the office and they have events every month to show their appreciation to the residence. Additionally, they are so sweet with my dog and always look forward to seeing him (as he does with them). My only call out is the parking. Parking can be a little difficult @ times. I've never not been able to find a parking spot but sometimes it is on the opposite side of the complex from my apartment. In my opinion, this is a very minor inconvenience because the complex isn't that big and I've never felt unsafe walking through the complex at night. Even with the parking concerns, I still give Alexander Park and its wonderful staff 5 stars. Especially the staff! read more

Been here for almost 2 years now. Really have very little complaints. Parking can be rough at times. Staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Only maintenance issue we have ever had was the garbage disposal and they fixed it right away. Have not had any issues with neighbors either. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

UPDATE: Regardless of how they say management have changed, that doesn't change that the same people are in corporate and that they haven't done anything to deter crime. Renter beware! Lived here five years. Went down hill. And they will likely attempt to extort money out of you The units are competitively priced, but once you live here for awhile you realize how they use cheap materials on many things and just install a few fixtures that appear high end. Parking is a major issue. They got in trouble with the city for not having enough parking spaces. So they struck a deal with the party that owns land next to the BP station next door so we could park there. Then They changed their mind, presumably because they realized how much of a strain parking really is at the complex, and there weren't enough parking spots again. So the owners struck a deal with the church across the street to allow parking there. But they didn't come up with a safe way for tenants to cross the busy Worthington Woods Blvd with your groceries. So residents again got screwed. Keep in mind when you live here that they ended up having to zone this complex as a hotel so they could get away with having so little parking and so they could have parking spaces so close to buildings. Incidentally, this is also why the front door of your apartment has fire escape information that hotels legally have to have posted on their doors; these strange permanent door hangers are more than just a little awkward to have hanging in your living space. My car got hit multiple times over the years because there's not enough room to maneuver cars around the parking areas. And good luck to your guests on finding a parking spot within half a mile. They were sued by the owner of a neighboring property because tenants had no choice but to park their cars on his land. They are known for giving move in specials for nine-month leases. Then right after you settle in, they jack up the rent if you want to stay past the nine months. They know how to get you to move in and collect more and more rent money They had several panty bandits here who were breaking into women's apartments and stealing underwear. One day Columbus police had the building surrounded and they caught one of these bandits. My friend and I sat out and watched police take the guy down. It's not uncommon for crime to strike these units. Keep your doors lock and ask for multiple locks. The halls smell like curry quite a bit of the time. This is great, I guess, if you like your guests being blasted with curry scents all the time. Utilities are extraordinarily high here. The complex has its own utility companies, so they jack up the prices you pay to skim more money off you. You pay for the pool water bill and the lights around the complex. This place gets you coming and going. When you decide you are moving out, get ready to bend over and take it. I left my unit spotless and in great condition after five years. I had the unit professionally cleaned. I paid to have my carpet cleaned because they rake everybody over the coals on move out. They have a policy to refuse to do a move out inspection with you, so they can't actually legitimately move you out. They made up a bunch of issues about my unit upon move out like the microwave being broken (which was a joke because it always seemed to work perfectly for me) and cleaning fees and other random expenses to purposely eat up your security deposit and tack on hundreds or thousands of dollars of additional move out expenses. They lie about all sorts of things to charge you more and more upon move out. They do it to everybody, so don't feel like you're special. I can't emphasize enough about how they lie. They aren't afraid to take you to court to collect anything they say are damages either. They didn't take me to court. But go ahead and search Franklin County court records online, and you will see how outrageous and sue-happy they get. Do yourself a favor at move out and give them a fake forwarding address and phone number. They will try to collect many fees from you long after you're gone. I got a call from Brittany a full year after i left trying to extort me. I was a great tenant. NOT ONCE was late on rent and left my unit in great shape and spotless. They switch workers and managers around frequently among their different apartment communities. They like managers to be super friendly when they try to get you to move in. But because they switch around their employees so much, those super friendly people you like are no longer around when it's time for lease renewals or move outs. They switch out their people so they can't form too long of bonds with residents. Too long of bonds cost the company money in "favors" "lease renewal deals" and "move out apartment check promises." You will always get screwed financially on move outs and lease renewals. I saw it happen to everyone who lived here during my tenure here. read more

The apartments look very nice. The amenities are good. Parking is horrible. Utilities are super expensive ( $150-200 per month for electricity for 1 BR, water runs about $35). Someone said they charge you for all outdoors lights so even if you try to be super cost cautious your bill still will be pretty high. Staff...Some girls are very nice and knowledgeable, some girls have no idea what they are doing there. They never know an answer regarding their policies or they just lie. They will tell you one thing but then you're getting a nasty letter from the management saying that they will charge you some kind of fee for something ridiculous. And move out costs are crazy. I was charged $800 for dark stains on the carpet! The funny part is that I had the carpet professionally cleaned right before i moved out in order to avoid any kind of carpet cleaning related costs; someone warned me about this type of charges. Instead, I paid twice. From my personal experience, I would suggest not to rent here at all. I think you can find the same level of service but much cheaper. If you do end up renting from AS though, I recommend not stay in the apartments facing the pool. A lot of non-residents jump over the fence and hang at the pool after midnight during the week. The management does not really do much about this. I end up calling police once because in addition to all the noise, one of the guys pissed in the bushes right by my window. This was really gross. Luxury living? P.S. Couple more facts to consider: one resident was robbed by BP about a year and a half ago (gas station by AS); my neighbor's patio furniture and grill were stolen. read more

I was super worried about moving in here after reading all of the negative reviews, but I've had a great experience! The staff is really accommodating and anytime I have any issue at all, they address it quickly (ex clogged sink, leaking dishwasher) and call me to follow up and make sure it was taken care of. I have had quite a few people move in/out around me and have never had any issues with noise. The amenities are great too-I use the gym all the time, and if you can get past the fraternity/sorority douchebags that tend to hang out there, the pool is pretty great too. read more

Our neighbors are all quiet, our apartment is extremely spacious for the price, and the office girls are so friendly!! I truly believe that customer service makes a huge difference when picking a place to live and these girls have made our experience at Alexander so special! Both Megan and Amanda are always available for any questions and also it's fun to just chat with them! Also, I don't remember the maintenance guys name but he is super friendly and always gets requests done immediately. My son lived her for a year and this is a total scam. Please make sure you read the small print before you sign a lease with them, they charge you for anything and everything they can. He lived by himself and in a one bedroom so not sure how his utilities were more than in my 4 bedroom house. One charge was for outside lighting for the whole complex, I've never heard of that being added to a tenants bill. Plus when he moved out they charged him for new carpet, said it was more than wear and tear, I saw the carpet and it was normal dirt. I also brought up the fact that during his time there on his floor there was a fire from outside light, this caused lots of soot and smoke all over his floor and the floor below. He walked through that everyday for the 5 months it took to get fixed. The fireman even walked in his apt to check everything with their dirty boots on but I was told we can't prove the dirt was from them. Stanley Steamer could have cleaned it up...seriously!! Just make sure you pay attention to what you are signing and take pics when you move lots and lots of pics. Oh and if you need something fixed unless it is an emergency don't count on it, my sons toilet was broken and since he could pour water in to the toilet to flush it was not considered and emergency so I bought the parts and fixed. read more

Awful. What seemed to be a good place for the area ended up turning into a nightmare. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. You're surrounded by 22 year old "bros". Dogs freely run around taking shits right in the landscaping in front of people's porches. The utilities are through BS small contracting companies (American Power & Light LLC) which crank the rates up extremely high above AEP. To top things off, the water lines for the sprinkler system froze and exploded all over a slew of apartments (including mine) which resulted in numerous damaged pieces of furniture and displacement from the apartment while it was cleaned out. The genius contractors decided to spray paint the ceiling while covering no furniture, so there's paint specs on nearly everything. After finally finding somewhere else to live when my lease ended, I was met with a massive bill stating I had a pet and they found stains, along with not giving them proper notice of leaving (they asked for 30 days during my month to month period, I gave them more than that). I never owned a pet (still don't) at any point during my lease. The person before me did, there was short animal hair on everything when I moved in, on top of the flooding that occurred. One lady even proceeded to accuse me of lying saying the carpet "looked new" prior to me moving in. Looked new? No it fucking wasn't, check the "file" of the person before me owning a pet that you all speak so much about; there was animal hair everywhere and my steam cleaner was producing nearly black water from how filthy the carpet was upon moving in. After numerous phone calls to people at corporate playing stupid about it all, I finally got the bill removed and my deposit back. Call them out on their BS and annoy the shit out of them when you get charges for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I wish I could have wrote something better, I had high hopes for the place when moving here. After these ridiculous events and finding a beautiful HOUSE to rent from a private landlord, I'm very fortunate to no longer be in my lease with AS and that joke of an establishment called Live Preferred. read more

Lived there for 2 years. Moved out and complied with ALL requests to leave apartment clean and free of damage. Received an invoice for $800 after move out to replace carpet, light bulbs, screen door etc. There was NO damage to my unit and I was being charged for damages conveniently before they advertised "Newly" remodeled units. my husband and I have lived at Alexander park for over 2 years now. We ABOSLUTLY loved it when it was preferred living, I would have recommended this place to anyone. Preferred living was like our family. They were attending to our needs, requests, and our over all concerns though there weren't many. Pricing was affordable, clean, whenever there was a complaint it was dealt with. We didn't pay sewage or water, nor did we pay for community electric. We paid max 180 (holidays) but usually nothing over $115 for electric, because there was only our personal electric on our bill. This past month for our 1 bed apartment we paid $265. On our bill we noticed there is now a community electric charge, sewage charge, as well as a water charge. This to me was not acceptable. During these snowy months, snow removal has not been done once. There was salt that was put down put only around the outside of the parking lot, nothing where you actually walk. Myself and many other have slipped and fallen due to icey walk ways and parking lots. People have verbalized their concerns to the new "champion apartment" managers and have gotten not responds or correction. They have entered our apartments 3 times in the past month. I could go on for days about my complaints on this new "champion apartments" managing. No to mention they took away ever fun/ cute aspect of this place and the clubhouse. Needless to say, I will be moving out as soon as im able to. I would never recommend this place now. So sad. We miss preferred living dearly. BRING THEM BACK!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

The reviews here have definitely underrated this property. While yes, parking can be limited and you can hear a lot going on outside, it's still fairly private and calm. The amenities are awesome as has been mentioned. The best part is living in such an open-plan apartment. The high ceilings make for a very spacious feeling inside the apartment and the appliances, carpeting, laminate flooring and lighting make for an overall amazing look. It doesn't feel like you're living in Columbus, but rather in an upscale city. I really enjoy living here and would definitely recommend. And the leasing staff are super nice too and are prompt with helping with problems. A bit pricy, but overall I think it's close to being worth the price. read more

Overall this is a good place to live but one thing that bothered me is that they had a pool party for 21 year s and older. Thats nice but they have alcohol in the club house all the time anyway so that's not a new thing. If they wanted to attract that age group its okay but make it obvious for parents with kids in the beginning. read more

Have made a mistake staying in this apartment, false promises, lots of lies, unorganized parking, hefty water and electric expenses even when we havent used. Management is polite and good only until you sign the agreement, post that they are least bothered. They promised a lot before signing the agreement, post signing they say we never promised and it might be a miscommunication. When we say, we were told this by so and so person when we had come to sign the agreement, manager says that person isnt working with them anymore, so cant accept what they had promised read more

The units look nice and expensive at a glance, but any amount of time shows their cheap, shoddy construction. Badly painted walls, door handles that break constantly, showers that leak and leave mold behind. There aren't enough places to park because the lot is over-filled with empty and overpriced garages, resulting in cars parked everywhere. Good luck getting a spot if you get home after 5pm. The courtyards are filled with uncollected dog feces spread across barely-maintained grass and mulch beds. The trash dumpster constantly stinks, and isn't emptied until it is so full that people just leave bags piled up around it on the street. When management actually pays attention to residents rather than ignoring glaring issues, it is through passive-aggressive attempts to squeeze more money out of you. The other residents are a real treat too, never afraid to throw their cigarette butts and half-eaten good onto the common areas for all to endure. At least there are plenty of un-leashed dogs to distract one's attention. Oh, and you're stuck with Time Warner cable. read more
