4-year ex-resident here. Don't be fooled by the lying 5-star reviews. Recently acquired by an Illinois-based slum-lord that has opened to Section 8 welfare recipients, the rent prices increased to accomodate the human trash moving in. There are no longer any groundskeepers or enforcement of any kind whether it be parking, garbage or insect/animal infestations. Do what you want, dump where you like. Carpenter bees and racoons are a problem here. The wooden stairways are NOT treated and are already eaten up by insects living inside them. The grass is littered with dog feces. There are NO cameras protecting ANY dwellings. There is ONE trash dumpster for the ENTIRE community. They don't replace carpets after move-outs (unsanitary!) and make up their own rules to try to demoralize you. And when I turned in my keys, the whole staff in the leasing office chased me outside their little building for an interrogation. Completely uncivilized. Grafton Park is overridden and run by adult teenagers who congregate, fornicate and defecate in broad daylight. (You'd think scum would at least feel shame - not here!) and they WILL give out your name and address to ANYONE who asks. They also sift through your garbage like rats and try to fine you for throwing out CARDBOARD. Clearly the property manager is a whack-job with a two-faced facade, preying on the young and those with a weak judge of character. These moneygrubbers and cheapskates from Illinois turned Grafton Park into a public dumping ground that will likely be declared a public nuisance. You'd get more value living out on the streets. read more

I was interested in this complex for about a year, and once my lease at another (non-Champion) complex was expiring, I jumped at the opportunity to reside at Grafton Park. First and foremost, the complex is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The apartment units are bright, welcoming & up-to-date. Also, Champion does not cut any corners...I really felt like my new living space was clean & near perfect when I moved in. And yes, it feels like a resort at the clubhouse & pool, the workout facility is clean, and I love the tanning & movie room amenities...but it's also the Community Managers that make the residents feel so comfortable here. Jessica was my main contact during the leasing approval process and she's amazing. She's experienced and responsive and has an enthusiasm about Grafton that's infectious. Ken is wonderful too, and I'll tell you, the responsiveness of a front office makes all the difference in the world. There is so much attention to detail at this property and it's a thousand other little things that make me love this place so much. Lastly, the location...Dublin is such a great city, and it's a shopper & food lovers heaven with so many great options within a one-mile radius. I'm so happy to be here! read more

My husband and I moved here while it was still under construction in 2016. It was our first apartment together and we've had our two kids while living here, so this place has a special place in our hearts. In terms of apartment layout and location, it honestly can't get any better than Grafton Park. The modern aesthetic is stunning and rooms are very spacious. We live in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the second floor (the vaulted ceilings are so worth paying extra for by the way). It's right across the street from Sam's Club, Target, about a five-minute drive from Kroger, Walmart, and a ton of restaurants. In addition to all of that, Ken and Jessica at the front desk along with Barry in maintenance have been the absolute best. They are always so on top of everything, leaving no question unanswered, and going above and beyond at making sure our family feels at home here. They are amazing at their jobs and one of the most important reasons why we continued to live here. I would recommend this place to everyone! read more

Moving here was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Not only is the staff is friendly and fun - but they truly care about providing the best experience possible. (I happened to move in during COVID-19 and the difference between the staff's attitude and actions here, versus those of my old apartment complex, have been like night and day.) My apartment is great value for money. It's spacious, newer (the complex is only 3 years old at this point, I believe), and has great touches like beige walls (versus the same old white), large master closets, and USB ports in the kitchen. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful (which I love) and perfect for short walks or potty breaks (which my dog loves). You also can't beat the location! You're along Sawmill Road, with its tons of stores and restaurants, but also right next door to a neighborhood that's relaxing and great for walking the dog. If you're looking to move into the area, I would highly recommend considering Grafton Apartments. read more

My soon-to-be husband and I were looking for a place to live in Columbus, and we love Grafton! We really appreciated how the grounds always looked very nice and well kept, and the staff has been nothing but helpful. They always answer the phone and their emails in a timely manner and are always so happy to help us. They are also very accommodating and are willing to work with you. When we unexpectedly needed our lease to start a couple days before our move in date, they were able to work with us, and we really appreciated it. The apartment itself is amazing! It smelled so clean when we first came, and everything is up to date. You definitely get a lot of great amenities for the price of rent like a washer and dryer in unit, a balcony, a pool, a gym, and a lot more. All of these things are well kept and up to date as well. We have only been living at Grafton for a short amount of time, but we love it already! 10/10 read more

From the minute I came to Grafton Park to check it out, everyone has been so wonderful to me. They were not pushy to get me to live here and when I chose them based on great reviews and a beautiful property...they were exceptional at helping me get settled. The property is well taken care of and Champion is a very good company to work with. The clubhouse is absolutely incredible and always very clean. Maintenance was quick when needed and communicated effectively. Leasing office staff has gone above and beyond time and time again to ensure my comfort here. The location is great! It's close to literally anything in the world you want/need on Sawmill Rd but set far back enough that I don't hear anything. There are literally hundreds of apartments in the area, but trust me, choose Grafton Park. read more

My first week there my neighbors car windows was broken out and my car was ransacked. Lived next to domestic violence every single day, cops were called out 10 times!! I work from home so it literally would drive me insane and management did nothing about it because money rules all. The neighbors were extremely racist, I was asked ,"where are you from"? I said America... she said some vile thing in her native language rolled her eyes and walked away. I lived next to the dumpster and they were out there all hours of the night making noise as well not to mention the fence in the back with a hole where local thugs would come through and steal people's Cars when they were warming them up in the winter. This place was a racist hell hole and if you move there May God have mercy on you're soul. read more

My husband and I moved in to these apartments about 2 years ago and love it here. We are extremely satisfied with the apartment we live in. We have a great view, it's very quiet (even given the location! you cannot hear any main street traffic), and we love the amenities here. The pool, pond, landscaping, movie room, gym, and clubhouse are well maintained and always clean. Jessica and Seth are great and always willing to help us if we have an issue or need something. They are very prompt and quick to respond if we can't get in touch with them right away. Maintenance is great. Prompt servicing if there is an issue (we have had 1 small issue in 2 years with our dishwasher) and they fix things correctly the first time. Awesome property. First, I have not lived in an apartment for 30 years since college, so this was a process for me. After viewing several higher end communities, Grafton Park exceeded my expectations. I recently moved in and have to say that not only was the process simple, it was streamlined and most everything done online. Chole and Lindsey made the transition easy and delivered everything they said they would do. I entered a very clean updated apartment and this exceeded my expectations. As for the the workout facility and pool it five stars, clean, modern and really a neat place to enjoy. As a company owner, I know you can only be as good as your front line staff. I moved to Grafton about a month ago. Finding an apartment was no walk in the park for me. They were not my first choice, I honesty didn't even know they were around. The place I signed first was HORRIBLE. I had three hours to find a new place to live and the staff at Grafton Park were very helpful and made that happen. Since I have lived there they have gone above and beyond to make me feel at home and even helped me move some heavy furniture I had delivered. The apartments are new, spacious and modern. The office, workout room, pool, grilling area, Starbucks coffee and walking trials to walk your dog available to you are nice touches. I moved into my apartment a few weeks ago and love everything about Grafton Park. Not only are the apartments beautiful on the inside, but they make sure to keep the community looking lovely with lots of greenery as well. There is also doorstep pickup for recycling which was such a nice surprise! After moving in, I only needed one minor maintenance fix and they were at my door within 30 minutes of my request, so kind and helpful. Along with the maintenance team, the leasing staff has been so friendly. Grafton Park's community manager, Lindsey, has been exceptionally great through this whole process of touring, signing my lease, and getting settled into the community. I have lived at Grafton Park for almost a year now, I moved in when it first opened and was owned by Preferred Living. And nothing against Preferred ... BUT ever since Champion took over I have not been disappointed once! The staff is so nice and friendly and they get to know you and what you like what you do if you have pets what type of pet etc. They are awesome! Even to the point where they will come and be with my dog while I'm not home when they are doing maintenance. I absolutely love living here and am so glad to call it home. Grafton Park is beyond amazing! This staff is truly amazing as well as the community! Being military for the past 10 years, I've lived in many apartments and this one is hands down the best apartment complex I've lived in that's very military friendly as well as pet friendly which is huge for me and my family! Been in the neighborhood for a couple years now. I have to say, when new management took over, it was night and day. Pam, Nadeyah and Joe are amazing! I have never experienced this level of kindness and professional and property management. Great group of people. The front desk and maintenance staff are approachable, responsive, courteous. The complex offers multiple amenities (swimming pool, gym, pool table, public computers and printing services, and complimentary Starbucks coffee and cold drinks). Not to mention that the complex is less than two years old and they units have great design. Jessica and Nichole were extremely helpful while I was trying to find a place (scheduling a walk through, answering questions, and dealing with my company). Grafton park is conveniently located in the Dublin neighborhood, minutes of driving to many grocery stores, Bridge Street District, and restaurants. The community is relatively new and beautifully maintained. Ken, manager in the leasing office, is amazing!! He is extremely professional and friendly. I cannot say enough great things about the property, or the management staff. The lease terms and conditions were fair and the price was reasonable. Cody Curtis, one of the property managers at Grafton, was courteous and went out of his way to make us feel right at home.
