When asked why, they said this was for "mutual commitment" even though they had no commitment to do anything. They could have simply not shown after getting the payment. I then told them I'd be going elsewhere for my business and they began sending me additional messages claiming they don't need my business anyways. They are not worth the headache and there's a reason their prices are so cheap. It seems very much like a scam.
