She got a bit of information from me regarding the project, then passed along Greg's contact information and told me I'd be hearing from him that same day. Greg called shortly after, then we set an appointment that worked well for my schedule 2 days later. He even took care to mention the forecast to be sure I'd be alright meeting on a rainy day if needed. On the day of our appointment, I requested that he let me know when he was on his way, and he did so. Greg showed up on time, was very friendly, and gave me an in depth opinion on the health of the tree in question. He seemed very honest and trustworthy, and took time to explain any potential risks and what to look for on the tree in the future if it's health starts to change. He also provided me with a few ballpark quotes if I ever did choose to remove it. I will absolutely be calling AAA Tree Services if I need any other tree needs met. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. We hired them to take down a single tree…read moreand specifically asked that the stump be cut as close to the ground as possible. It was left much too high, and when I asked for it to be shaved down further, I was told they couldn't. On top of that, they caused additional damage -- tearing up parts of our lawn while dragging the tree, leaving giant marks across the sidewalk, and even leaving a branch hanging in another tree. The cleanup was careless at best. They left our trash can on the neighbor's lawn, blew wood shavings all over our newly seeded grass (potentially ruining a lot of the seed we just put down), and blew debris across the street into another neighbor's lawn. Ironically, despite all that blowing, they left a huge pile of shavings right by the stump itself. I ended up spending 1 hour and 10 minutes cutting the stump lower myself with a pole saw, another 20 minutes reseeding the damaged lawn, and time cleaning up properly so the street could be swept. I reached out to the salesperson afterward, and he said he could send someone back out to check/clean up. But by that point, I had no trust that they wouldn't make things even worse. Overall, the lack of care, professionalism, and responsibility left me very disappointed. I would advise others to look elsewhere for tree work. Adding: was told by the owner that they don't typically take projects under $1000, as if they did me a favor. So don't bother quoting with them on single, medium trees or trimming.

The techs that were there to trim several trees didn't know which trees to trim and were complaining about their manager in front of me. They did an over decent job but left my property before I had a chance to make sure that they didn't forget anything or everything was done to my satisfaction. I informed the area manager (Zach) about this March 2025. I went ahead and paid my $1200 invoice (which I will never do again until work is done that is supposed to be ). I told Zach about this error and a few trees that weren't touched on the side of my house and in the back this was again March 2025. Here it is MONTHS later!
