Instead this company comes through and chops off the whole top of my tree, but because one trunk was pointing toward my house, left that one like a middle finger through my tree. I was told they would come and take it down after holiday, as they were discussing doing so at the time - but did not. I called to complain and was told they could do nothing about it as not have authority from Oncor. Which sucks as they butchered my tree and it looks like crap now. I have to find someone to fix it now. Not happy.
