I would be following along thoroughly, filling out the book, and participating above and beyond. I got up and helped the instructor when she couldn't get her video to play due to technical difficulties in the class, so we could proceed with the Sunday program. There was a miscommunication on the timeframe to break for lunch on my end, on the 3rd and final day, with 4 hours remaining, and the 3rd and final section nearly complete, I had left for lunch (in the timeframe normally allowed) instead of a break. Instead of 1-2PM, I had confused it with 12-1PM. I had simply walked up the street to get a quick bite, and to come back with what I thought would be enough time. I go back into the room, and my belongings had been placed at the front door, and I was asked to leave, which I calmly and rationally obliged. She stated that she would tell them about what happened and that I could possibly make up the remaining last section. The following day I called to confirm the conversation stated, and to reschedule. They told me I would need to take the ENTIRE course AGAIN, and pay an ADDITIONAL $250... on missing 30 minutes of information that I could have made back up while everyone else was on their lunch break. Mind you, we wouldn't have even been running on time had someone not helped them get the issue resolved. Unacceptable! Would Not Recommend.

When I went here for a simple drug evaluation the women was kind enough, but when it came to the…read moreened of the evaluation she put down that I should do some classes for drinking which had nothing to do with my charge and had little to nothing to do with the entire evaluation. Very conveniently they were classes for the same company and were very expensive and lengthy at that. When I pointed out to her that this was completely off base and had nothing to do with me or my charges, I could see by the look on her face she knew I was right and went on with some poor excuse of how "it was a nice class and the knowledge of alcohol would be good for the span of my life". I left with my evaluation unsigned and not sent to my Diversion officer (I was not even being charged and was not on probation) and went to get another drug evaluation from elsewhere, where they did not just want my money. I was happy to go somewhere else and pay the $100 again for a second evaluation then to accept the one from here.

The second lesson was ok, but never drove on any roads, just a neighborhood. The third lesson, my daughter was cut off by another driver, almost causing an accident, and Stacey yelled at her for not knowing what to do. My daughter left the lesson early and again we were charged another $30 cancellation fee. Leaving a lesson early IS NOT A CANCELLATION. The instructor said in her review that my daughter was not ready to drive after the third lesson. Of course she wasn't because she hadn't been taught how to drive, just how to brake and turn the wheel. Stacey was playing games on her phone, playing loud music, talking on the phone, that was hooked into Bluetooth that was ringing throughout the lesson, her car smelled of stale cigarette smoke and had a check engine light on EVERY LESSON. The 4th lesson she didn't even show up to because I called and asked for a new instructor because Stacey instruction and behavior was completely unacceptable. I will be demanding my money back for a waste of time and making my daughter more afraid of driving because she was yelled at by Stacey. They said you can take your driving test after the lessons but don't tell you that it's an additional $100 dollars. I paid $900 dollars for this rip off company to teach my child to drive and she still doesn't know how due to the utter incompetence of the instructor. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SCHOOL! They are scam and will be reported to the better business bureau.

We are now trying to get his ADAP certificate so he can take his driving test. After calling to get a copy of the certificate, I'm told (by someone in the office who seemed bothered by my request) that he did not participate in that part of the class. She stated that the teens are given an option to participate. This can't be true. They let a teenager choose whether or not they want to participate in this part of the program!?!. We are now stuck with tyring to figure out how to achieve this responsbility! The process is very flawed and they need to ensure that parents are aware of this option. The staff is not helpful, to the point of being dismissive!

Parents moved schedules around and now - 1 day before the course was to start, Nathans has canceled the course (due to alleged "low enrollment") and stated new weekend days that would be required. Nathans never asked who was attending and at least 10 families have indicated they had every intention of attending the course. Scheduling, and communication related to that, has been a disaster. There is no way possible that a business professional is running this company.
