I have worn boots for years and currently own about 20 pair. After seeing their FB ad, I decided to give them a try. I placed my order but the promised discount code was not honored at checkout. OK, I'll buy them anyway as the price was very reasonable. Got the boots and they are way too big. I usually wear a 11.5 to a 12. I ordered 11.5, but they are too big and wide at the heel to comfortably wear. After looking into returning them, it will cost me shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Then I will have to pay the shipping for the correctly sized replacements. They got me once, but not twice. I will find a home for these somewhere. read more

!DO NOT PURCHASE BOOTS FROM ALFA WESTERN! I don't know about their physical store locations but I order two pairs of boots from their website and have had a horrible experience. I paid 250 dollars with shipping and never received the boots. The package was reported damaged by UPS and missing the necessary documentation to complete the delivery. UPS automatically submitted a claim with the seller in order to get the needed documentation and Alfa western never responded to UPS. I called UPS but there is not much they were able to do without the company responding and not having the necessary information. I waited over month to see if anything would happen and the company never responded and the boots were never delivered but Alfa western listed my order as complete on their order tracking on their website while UPS was still waiting for information. I emailed the company over 8 days ago now and they have not responded to my email either. The company straight up took 250 dollars from me and went ghost. I'll have to file a claim with my bank to get my money back. Do not make the same mistake. The boots are cheap and look to be horrible quality regardless, don't settle for cheap, and purchase from good, reliable brands, NOT alfa western wear. read more

Ordered 2 pairs of boots in my usual size. Tried them on my foot could not reach the bottom. Went back and forth a few times with customer service until I told the i wanted a refund and not an exchange due to the fact that my foot didn't fit my size boot and didn't want to keep trying different sizes until I got it right. Radio silence after I stated I wanted a refund. Spent $300 for 2 pairs. Cost me $74 to return via UPS. Also was charged $70 restocking fee. Once I opened the boots, I noticed the leather was cracked all over the place, the stitching was terribly done, and the overall materials used were cheap. Won't buy from them again - overpriced shipping and no refunds I ordered a pair of boots from Alfa Western Boots, and I'll admit--they're very nice-looking boots, great design and style. But unfortunately, they didn't fit and were too big, so I had to return them for a smaller size. The problem is, I had to pay for the return shipping, and I also have to pay for the shipping again to receive the new pair. In total, I'm spending $60 just on shipping, which is way too much for a simple size exchange. I also thought about just returning them altogether, but they don't offer refunds--only store credit, which means you're stuck shopping with them again whether you want to or not. In my opinion, if you're exchanging for a different size, they should at least cover part of the shipping costs. It's not fair that the customer has to cover everything after already buying the product. Even though the boots are beautiful, I don't recommend this store. I came across the Alfa western wear website a couple of months ago. After some deliberation I decided to give them a try. I ordered some Python print boots in black with the rodeo toe. Shipping was fast as I received my boots less than 5 days after ordering. After unboxing the item the shipping box was intact, but the original box was completely destroyed.This tells you they don't pay attention to details and/or presentation. The overall quality of the boot is ok. I wasn't very impressed, yet for the price I paid (under $100) I wasn't expecting much. The boots look great, however the right boot has a bulge on the instep from over printing. While this issue does not interfere with comfort, cosmetically speaking it looks pretty bad. I thought about sending the boots back but after reading the return policy, I decided to keep the boots as it would have added to the final cost of the boots. My final veredict is you will get what you pay for. Cheap stuff ain't good, and good stuff ain't cheap. read more
