Under the threat of eviction and without my prior consent, she forced me to pay rent for every tenant at the beginning of each month then do my best to recoup the losses from each of them individually--simply to avoid doing any work herself. She collected security deposits from all of the tenants, did not pay us interest as required by law, did not tell us where the deposits were kept, and SIMPLY KEPT MY $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT when I moved out despite my constant requests for her to inspect the unit (which was left in far better condition than I had received it) and return it to me. Mary and Ability-plus are not just incredibly lazy and ignorant of their legal duties: they are lousy people who mismanage funds and literally steal from tenants.
