Everytime I wash it or it rains it takes water and the back floor puddles. The rims and Emblems are SPRAY PAINTED Black,they did not inform me about that. I don't care about the rims and Emblems. But they won't fix the seals and the person who runs the place won't do what's right and Fix my seals. I'm still in the process of getting her to do the right thing the owner will not do what's right and Fix the seals on my car. Every Seal on the car is damaged and my car is taking water.I have had the car less then 2 months. She sent me to a body shop and learned how much it was going to cost. Wants me to pay half. I said absolutely not. "I have no idea how much" She does" She says Mr Gentry I seen you pull on the seal... Um yes maam. To show you it was not sealed properly! /facepalm... The body shop owner pulled them the same way I did.. So she found out how much it's going to cost. And then immediately puts the blame on me. She has not returned my call.

After we arrived I slid under the car to check for any leaks and immediately noticed that the oil pan was leaking (see picture) and looked like it had been for a while. I was assured by the sales associate that it would be fixed if we decided to purchase the vehicle. We then took it for a test drive and the AC was not working. We decided that they would need to get both of these fixed before we made any decision and asked them to be in touch once everything was repaired. Fast forward a few days and they let me know that the AC would be fixed and that if we wanted the car, they could fix the oil leak too. After some back and forth we agreed to the listed price and talked through potential date for delivery. Fast forward to the next day, they said that if I wanted the oil leak fixed that the new price would be $600 more at $26,947 and if I wanted the original price that it would have to be without the oil leak being fixed because they felt like the leak "isn't that bad." All of this to say, if you are considering a car from here look somewhere else. They are willing to sell a vehicle knowing that it has issues, knowingly not fixing them before the sale, and when they are caught they try to pass along repair costs to a new buyer.

The Rav 4 is a hot item and the next shipment isn't expected to arrive until next month or so. Payton greeted us upon arrival at the dealership and went over the available options. I was provided the opportunity to do a walk through and test drive a Ford Escape, which is in the same category (compact SUV) as the Toyota Rav 4. While the Ford Escape would suit my needs, I prefer to view and test drive the Toyota Rav 4 (among other vehicles) before making any decisions, especially since this is such a large purchase. I'd definitely see Payton again when the Toyota Rav 4 is available. Great customer service and overall experience with this dealership, although they did not have the vehicle I primarily visited for/want.

I felt it…read morewould be dangerous to drive the 60 miles to my Toyota so I took the car to Hixon Toyota in Leesville, La. The people there are very friendly and helpful. They took my car in, knowing that I bought my car at a different location, and fixed the problem. Yes, it was just push pins that came loose and the cover for my oil change was dragging but they reconnected the cover with new push pins and got me on my way in under fifteen minutes and didn't charge me anything. That's customer service the way it should be. I didn't get his name, but thanks to the young man at the front service desk. Excellent customer service.

I've had nothing but issues with the car. That are fixed finally. multiple trips to their shop next door. Next they refuse to let me take it anywhere to get it fix so I have to pay out of pocket. they want to repo the car because I didn't give them a whole months payment due to having to get it fixed (even with a warranty). i moved out of state and they said they WILL NOT pay anyone else to fix it except their shop, being out of state this isn't possible. they guy in lake Charles said he told me this and it was stated in my paperwork ( he didn't not and it isn't in the paperwor, I have looked over it multiple times). he may have remembered to tell me if he wouldn't have been talking to other customers and flirting with my mother the whole time I was in the office. they all have terrible custOmer service and sell bad cars. I would never want anyone else to deal with this. especially if you are a single parent, they only take advantage of those who are struggling.

    I was looking for a 2018 Toyota CH-R in a very rare color (Radiant Mica Green). Started out in…read moreBaton Rouge, at the dealership closest to where I live. They didn't have the color I wanted, but he told me that he could get it from the closest Toyota dealer that had one (which was Hixson). So, we began to negotiate, but red flags went up when he only offered me $3500 for my trade-in (the Kelley Blue Book value when I looked it up was nearly $6000.) When I questioned him about it, he made up a bunch of excuses as to why my car wasn't really worth what KBB said. Anyway, we finally struck a deal for $19000 + my trade-in value. He went to verify it with his boss, and came back and told me, "I have great news. My manager is insane for agreeing to this, but he says you can have a CH-R for that price, but it has to be that one right there (which was sitting on their showroom floor, in a completely different color.) I told him I wasn't interested and left. As I was leaving the parking lot, I called Hixson and was connected with a salesman named Justin Brown. When I mentioned the vehicle he immediately knew which car I was talking about, and told me he'd call me right back for a bottom line "out the door" price. Sure enough, 5 minutes later he called me and offered me the car at $100 over invoice ($24817 including taxes & fees). He asked me to send my VIN # and some photos of my vehicle so that he could assess the value. He told me he could give me the $5817 for it no problem, and I could pay the rest ($19000) in cash. So, I made the 3+ hour drive to Leesville early this morning to pick it up. I met Justin, who had all of my basic paperwork ready to go. I was then introduced to John, who was in charge of all the finances and warranties and whatnot. He, too, was super-nice (despite being a Cowboys fan) and was awesome to deal with. In less than an hour after arriving at the dealership I was driving off the lot in my brand-new CH-R. I could not be happier with my purchase and the service I received. This has to be unethical behavior especially we have asked what are we going to get in return you. They will sell you a car and just a few months later send letters that they want us to sell it back to them . Finally we told them to stop harassing us we are keeping our vehicles. To decline one time should be good enough but these people or very pushy when it comes to that. whatever they want to do it is a better deal for them than their customers or they would not push it so much stay away from them
