I needed deadbolts installed on two exterior shop doors and I needed a smart lock I already had installed on my homes back door. I got the rudest treatment ever. As soon as I walked in, you could have heard a pin drop. They acted very hesitant as if they really didn't want to help me. I hate to pull the race card, but it seemed to be because I'm black. I talked to a friend after leaving the place and he said that he received the same treatment when he went there for something. The older woman who rang me up was SO sweet though. I wish everyone in there would have acted like her. How about treating everyone like humans. I went in to get a new key and remote. They had some problems which was fine and the technician had me go to the car with me to get the car manual and I went back inside. I asked a few questions and a woman interrupted each time I questioned her as to why she kept interrupting and she then said she was the owner. I asked if I needed to get with her.
