Everyone we spoke with was very professional and helpful. Responses prior to our appointment were prompt and the technician was on time! We were given multiple options to fix the problem with our unit (and prices for each option) as well as a thorough and understandable explanation of what was going on. I understand my unit much better after talking with them. I would definitely recommend Fuentez Air to fix a problem or for annual maintenance.
