They showed up exactly when they said they would. They stopped the leak and cleared a clog. Normally when I have a service technician come to the house they will only address the original issued called in about. The professionals with Curly's not addressed my additional concerns, they fixed them while they were there. To top it off, they did it all at an incredible price. They arrived on schedule, called Rennai and talked for a while. The service rep stated he would get a parts lists and labor estimate to me soon. I never got anything from them except a $350.00. Nothing was fixed or serviced. 1 month later, I called and talked to management apparently my case flip through the cracks. I called Rinnai multiple times and got resolution myself. However, he got here and within 10 minutes he determined we had a slab leak which would require us to call leak detection service as he was not able to perform that . He told us that quickly but continued to walk around our house for around an hour .. He then told us we needed to call someone else and told us we owed $330.00. I felt he knew that within first 15 minutes and don't feel we should have been charged that amount of money for absolutely nothing . He did not have appropriate equipment to detect a leak which was what we initially called for .
