It was a difficult to get an appointment that worked with my availability, a sign that he's in high demand, or maybe I just have a rough work schedule lol. I had a less than ideal time scheduled, but the front desk staff had me to the call back list if anything came up that would work better for me. After getting 2 calls a better time did become available and my appointment was switched. Let me start by saying Dr. Goldstein is a wonderful physician. He was patient and thorough. He listened to my concerns and provided great recommendations. However, my first visit wasn't without some frustration! The wait time was literally killing me. I got to the office at 8:30am, as a new patient I was asked to arrive early for the new patient paperwork. The forms took me about seven minutes to complete, there was a total of six pages. The paperwork could really use an update. The font is tiny and hard to read, even for someone with good vision, and the print quality isn't great. Being that the office already uses an online patient portal, it would more helpful to make the new patient forms digital. After completing my forms, the waiting begun. I saw many patients arriving after me, some new and were called into exam rooms before me. By 9:30 I was finally brought into an exam room where an assistant took some information and set things up for the doctor. Then, more waiting. Dr. Goldstein didn't come in until 10:30. Dr. Goldstein was excellent once he arrived. The scheduling and time management definitely needs improvement. It's hard for working people to take time off and extend wait times like this only adds unnecessary stress.. It would be nice to feel that our time is respected just as much as the doctors. On a positive note, the office itself is very clean. Well kept in the front desk staff is friendly. I will continue to see Dr. Goldstein despite the not so great reviews that have been left. I hope that time management is improved by the time my next appointment comes around.

She told me to call the office once I completed the labs, as the results might not show up quickly on their end and follow-up was important. Today, I called just to inform them that I had completed the labs--and was hung up on twice by the receptionist. I wasn't even allowed to explain why I was calling, she talk over me all the time. When I politely asked for her name so I could escalate the issue, she said, "You will never get my name from me," and hung up again. This is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Patients should never be treated with this level of disrespect--especially when dealing with serious health concerns. I hope the management takes this seriously because the medical staff deserves better representation at the front desk.

He always asks pertinent, personal information to make sure I'm doing what's right and if I'm not, he provides tools to keep me on track. It's a small office and his staff is just great. I am aware that they treat one another like family and maybe that rubs some the wrong way but DEFINETELY NOT ME. It's not fair to go by one patient's negative review. The wait time was not unreasonable considering the amount of time Dr. Stone took with me. I would highly recommend.

I had pregnancy induced asthma and Dr. Foster was the only pulmonologist in Broward county who would see a pregnant patient. He took such good care of me then that I remembered him so many years later when my asthma recently reasserted itself. Dr. Foster is very kind and down to earth. He took my concerns seriously and was able to help me when other healthcare providers failed. I would highly recommend Dr. Steven Foster.

Spending ample time with me at each appointment no matter how significant or insignificant it was. They are absolutely thorough, working to cover every base. Albeit I am not good at "following instructions" like going to see the referrals for preventative consultations. They do make sure they at least make the recommendations. I believe that as a Dr's Office the can be as involved or not involved as the patient wants them to be. Fortunately, my health is ok and it's my choice to have them be involved as needed. For others I know there is great follow up to appointments and for results. The staff is incredibly attentive also, in fact, I just called in to have my meds adjusted and refilled and was attended to immediately. This kind of practice is hard to find in the world of managed healthcare. I started seeing Dr Sonia Kalirao a couple of years ago. I will never be going to see her again…read morebecause over the past 2 years I have continued to receive the wrong prescriptions called in for me that her and I have discussed face to face. Most recently I saw her 5 weeks ago today which is February 16th 2026, and we discussed a new prescription for me with a higher milligram to help me with my issue. Since then it has NEVER been called into my Pharmacy correctly. I have called her office at least 15 times to try to get this matter resolved. Everyone I talk to assures me it will be taken care of and of course it never is. I did call my insurance provider and they said it is totally covered however her staff or herself continue to call in the WRONG milligram that we discussed . I am livid, not to mention in unneeded severe pain . I did ask to speak to a supervisor and was told my issue had been given to one ,and no one has ever called me back to discuss this with me . This is the most unprofessional and uncaring office as well as manner for a doctor and her staff to take care of their patients with lack of concern . So as it turns out when I went to my primary doctor last week he of course sees the report that Dr Kalirao made in her notes, and she NEVER called the new prescription in . I'm disgusted and there is no excuse for this . I would be extremely surprised if their office contacted me to apologize for all the aggravation and pain , phone calls, and time that I have had to endure with my last visit with Dr Kalirao, with the pharmacy, as well as my insurance company...

We made an appointment with Dr Kalirao (one of the few neurologists who accepted my husband's…read moreinsurance, but that's another story) at the urging of his primary physician. The person on the phone made the appointment for the first available date - a month later. Turns out, the doctor was on vacation on that date, which we didn't find out till we went to the office and which the scheduler should have known. Next available appointment was in another month, unless we were willing to drive to the Ft Lauderdale office. We took the earlier appointment and spent the better part of a day to take care of it. That office is small and much less crowded, we were to find out later. Dr Kaliroa made an almost instant diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, ordered tests and prescribed meds, with no explanation as to what they were for or how much they cost (a lot), or what we were to expect. She seemed kind and knowledgable, but the appointment was rushed and we didn't get to ask too many questions. My husband has other issues which may or may not have been in play. So we left a little bewildered - had to go home and look up "Parkinson's disease" which of course only caused more confusion. The office staff however was relaxed and friendly, even joking with us, and Michael, her assistant was wonderful. Second follow-up appointment was at the Coral Springs office. We waited in a standing room only waiting room for an hour and 20 minutes, before being shown into the examination room, where we waited for another 20 minutes. The office staff was rushed, brusque, and the receptionist didn't even look up when speaking to us. There was an extra $5 charge for using a credit card. Dr Kaliroa was herself very rushed when she came into the room. She prescribed a new medication. We had prepared our questions, but only got to ask one of them before it was clear she was not paying attention, examining a chart and then excusing herself. Turns out the new medication absolutely CANNOT be taken with another he is taking (which is on his list) and I would never have known this without doing my own research after he showed a definite decline in his wellness. We stopped that drug and made an appointment with his primary, to get some answers finally and some clarity. Bottom line: Dr Kaliroa seems like a competent doctor, if you have her full attention. And despite the frustration we had, was nice enough. But the practice is huge - HUGE! - and obviously beyond extremely busy. Schedule the Ft Lauderdale office for a more patient-friendly visit if you can. Make sure they know you plan to ask questions and may take a minute. Tell them while making the appointment, and again when you arrive. You will need to be your own advocate here. Kudos to Izabella at the front desk, and to Michael - both personable, kind, and professional. We'll be changing insurance this fall, and looking for another neurology office.
