I've also tried the chicken and salad on Turkish bread and it was quite yummy and the people I was with had the bacon and egg muffin and the quiche which everyone agreed was pretty good. This place can get quite busy at times but we always get served quickly. You can sit inside (air conditioned ) or on a nice day sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The next morning, we had discovered via Google that another cafe in the area called "A Spoonful of Sugar Cafe" was open on Sundays. But Google was wrong. I had to peer through the windows to see all the chairs stacked up. So we went back to Toast Espresso Bar - once again the only place open for breakfast, and once again quite busy. My wife and I love Eggs Benedict. This isn't on the menu so we thought we'd try the "Toast Stack"... Well, it turns out this is their name for Eggs Benedict. And it was absolutely delicious! The coffee is delicious too! Great place! Highly recommended. The best and quite literally the only place for breakfast in Maryborough CBD.
