After shopping around, I called Sparkle wash, who arranged a consult to figure out the exact cost. They walked me through their process, showed me their licensing and other such items, which I appreciated. After a few more quote appointments, we went with them. While they weren't the cheapest, they didn't use bleach, nor did they need to connect to my own water source. When I called, they scheduled me in for mid morning on the following Monday. Then, Monday came. And I waited. It's a bit hard to hear my houses doorbell from upstairs, so I had to either sit in the upstairs front room, or stay downstairs completely, so I kept switching between the two so I could make sure to hear or see them arrive. 11 rolled around, and they still were not there. So I called, only to find out that they had actually scheduled me for that afternoon! Whether or not it was a miscommunication, I agreed that 2 would be fine, I would just go run errands and make sure to be back by then. But then they called back. They had had another appointment in my neighborhood, and were on their way over, arriving by noon. Which wouldn't have been a problem, but I had a workout that I needed to leave for by 12:30. They also didn't have any guarantee that they would be completed in time for me to leave. It worked out eventually, and I was able to leave on time, but the young man washing had to leave the bill in my mailbox. I would be happy to use them again, however, make sure you get an exact time for when you are scheduled.
