We contacted Northside to clean the outside windows and 2 very high skylights. On the day of the appointment we asked if we could add the interiors. The person we spoke to arranged the change. Drew and Micah showed up in the time frame promised and went right to work. They were efficient, but thorough, and did an excellent job. No mess, nothing unexpected, just really great teamwork. I saw how many great reviews this company had online and was encouraged to reach out for a quote. I submitted a request for a quote online, and was never contacted. After waiting, I call and am told they should be able to get me a quote by the end of the week and they are booked at least 3 weeks out. Again, never heard back or got a quote. I call again, and finally get a quote to clean my gutters and the price seemed reasonable so I signed the contract and was scheduled for 7 weeks out after waiting all that time for quotes. On Monday I get an email stating they will be there Wednesday weather permitting. They never show up or call, so I call the office and leave a voicemail. I called back again and got ahold of someone telling me that they were hoping to beat the weather and might have to reschedule for Saturday. Thursday I call because I never got a rescheduled date of service and was told they'd be over from 3-5pm. I had premium gutter cleaning, and it took them 20 minutes. After they left I realized they dumped the debris from cleaning my gutters into my trashcan. I was told I had a bird nest in my gutter which they can't remove. I go to look at it and my gutter guard is now bent and prying at the roof shingles. The nest didn't have birds or eggs in it. read more

Were our windows cleaned? Yes. Were we happy with the overall service? No. As we reported to this company directly when asked if we would recommend them, there was very little concern for the messes they made while cleaning our interior windows. No tarps were put down by their employee. After seeing the volume of dirty water drops on our carpet after the initial window was cleaned, we put our own tarps down on our carpeted areas. When my husband pointed out the mass of dirty spots, their employee simply said, "Oh sorry." There was no offer to clean it up. After that, we had to ask him to clean up the mess he made on our hardwood floors in our entry. There was also no initiative to clean up the grass and other debris tracked into our home during the appointment. In the email confirmation sent prior to the appointment, this company indicated: "You will have a supervisor on your job that day." We did not observe any person who served in a supervisory role that would've shown quality control oversight. I would not recommend this company and will not use them in the future. read more

This is my second year hiring Northside Window & Gutter Cleaning. The process was very smooth both times and their communication was very professional. Last year, I hired them to clean our home and garage gutters as well as clean all exterior windows. Our house has high pitched rooflines so it lifted some weight off our shoulders to have these cleaned by professionals. The booking process through their website is super speedy and simple and I appreciate their annual email reminder to schedule the gutter cleaning for the fall season. They were tidy in cleaning up the mess from the gutters and not leaving a trail after finished. I imagine we'll make it an every other year rotation to have the exterior windows cleaned.
