The whole process was quick and easy, and since we live ten minutes away, it's easy to drop in any time to grab our stuff. No gate or code needed, just drive up to your unit and load or unload away! Management could improve a lot. Like get a new manager or let the old one back. The garage door…read moremotion sensors in one of the garage bay doors in back of Uhaul wasn't working at all. One of my toddler sons could have gotten crushed. Thank God all of us escaped any harm. My car was damaged and still is. It took over a week to even attempt to repair. Eventually the garage door was repaired but the new management from Milwaukee was dishonest & Blamed me. This Uhaul location would have been better off if it was left up to the old manager Nathan whom actually cared about customer service and being honest as a business should be, honest.
