This place is great on a Saturday night. It wasn't packed so I was able to do SOOOOOO much laundry. Some of my money got stuck in the machine and one of the employees, Mikey, helped me out when a dryer stopped working. He also made sure that the place was clean and if we needed anything. Hands down the best service I have ever gotten at a laundromat. It was nice to see the customers talking to one another and seeing the rapport between the employees, owner, and customers. Also this place is located right next to a Starbucks and a chase so when I got thirsty and needed more cash for laundry I only had to walk three minutes. Will be back again!! read more

Do not come here. Half the machines are taped off and do not work. The machine I chose, that was not taped off, took my $5 for a wash load, and spun my items around DRY for 20 minutes. I was upset but willing to give another machine a chance but ALL 6 of their change machines were not working. No phone number to call someone, nobody in sight. Absolutely horrible, I will never go back. There's a way better place 2 minutes north that takes card even.. save your time and mental health. read more

First, this is the best most reasonably priced laundry service in our area. My boyfriend and I come here when we need to wash larger items or bigger loads because they also have the BEST large washers and dryers. The service has always been great and close to a burger spot that's also tasty to eat at if you're waiting for your clothes. It doesn't get too packed which I also love, we've never had to wait to wash our things. It's clean! Too many good things about this place! Highly highly recommend :) read more

This is the most disgusting laundromat I have ever been to. I have no idea why the reviews are so positive. Almost every machine was broken, the floors were extremely dirty and the machines that did work had such dirty dispensers. There was only one working cash to coin dispenser. read more

This place keeps getting worse every time I come to do my laundry. I try to avoid it as much as possible but sometimes out of urgent need, I have to come. The place has multiple washer machines that don't work. The dryers eat up your coins. There is hardly ever someone to assist you if there are any issues, like a washer suddenly leaking water (even though you put the minimal clothes in it). The place is usually unkept and now there is water dripping from the roof panels. Is it possible to give minus stars? The one star is because you have to give at least one to be able to post a review. On top of everything, they do not ever reply if you text to report an issue. This is seriously my last time coming here. read more

I moved to Alabama roughly a year ago but kept going back my old laudromat because I was used to it. Mikey keeps the place top notch, you can tell he cares for his job through how he maintains the place, he keeps himself busy by fixing any issues with the machines. His customer service is excellent as he takes the time to welcome his customers and ask how their night is going, this really makes a difference to me as this will continue to have me bringing my business over to this particular laundry. I've been to many laundromats in Alhambra and by far this is the most convenient and customer friendly approached one I've been to. Great laundry and they provide change for bills and coin if needed. First time coming here. Came more towards closing 8:30pm. Looks sketchy at first with homeless outside in the corner but once you walk in very lit up. Clean. Mikey was very helpful on making sure we were good and while doing that cleaning all machines that weren't in use and making the place look clean while playing his cool tunes. Felt very safe. If you need to wash in the area of Alhambra I recommend this place. Wash your clothes and enjoy your Starbucks which is in the same plaza. read more

Thought to give this place a try as I'm waiting for my washer & dryer to be delivered and this place was conveniently 5mins away lol Half of the washers and dryers are out of service, the washers I used were just okay however the dryers are terrible! 5 mins per quarter is insane, especially when the dryers DON'T dry ! Laundry mats are supposed to be another boring chore to just get done and be on your way. This one is a lot more grounded and much more community-involved establishment. Whenever I'm here, people seem to socialize, talk, greet, and share laughter from one stranger to another. No joke. And I think because of Mikey, can't help but to love this guy's energy. The dude is organized, clean, and helpful. We need more of characters in this world like him truly. read more

Were newly moved to the alhambra location, from san gabriel, where we usually find ourselves washing. But because of the new area, we've had to venture out of our norm and into our neighborhood for a local laundry mat. We were worried it was too late since we came around 8 om, and closing time is 10. But upon driving up, a gentleman named mikey was here to greet us. His kind and helpful demeanor was very welcoming. As we were unable to take the carts from the location, he came to our car and helped carry all our bags in,which was awesome (since we hadn't washed in some time and we had multiple bags) the entire time he was very welcoming, helpful and super communiticave to advise if we needed anything he was here to help. Well definitely be back to this location, not only for the hospitality and great customer service from mikey but also as we tend to wait way too long to wash and end up having to use the ginormous 8 load washer, in which they have multiple at this location. Not to mention, it is very tidy, clean, and kept. Oh, and starbucks I next door, which is also a plus! read more

If I could give it a 0 I would. This is my first time going to this laundromat and many of the machines don't work. Today, one of the washing machines did not start after I put the quarters. I contact the laundromat customer service and was told David will be going in today. I requested a refund, via text and never got a response back nor did I ever saw a David in the laundromat. MIKEY IS SUPER AMAZING!!! Came here on a Wednesday night because the washing machine broke. Was warmly greeted by Mikey. He saw the amount of laundry we had and was so very helpful in recommending the appropriate carts for our needs. Moreover, he was not only helping us but he was helping everyone else too! This elderly lady was pushing her ginormous stack of clean clothes and Mikey offered to help her. In fact, he offered to carry the clothes to her car! Mikey was so busy cleaning, emptying out lint trays, organizing, helping everyone... he even fixed the wheels on a broken cart. He is so friendly and cool. As a young woman, I felt totally safe coming here at night especially with Mikey around. He seems to really watch out for us and essentially makes sure that everything is running smoothly and efficiently. Would definitely return but only if Mikey is here!
