It's a nice compromise since I spend a ton of time checking out every little nook and cranny of both floors of these partnered stores. However, when I ordered, I had somehow put the incorrect address, so it was sent back, after all of their hard work. I was immediately contacted to get the correct address, & it was shipped back to me, without an additional shipping charge that I offered to pay for my mistake. There wasn't too much inventory but I ended up with a really cute grey blazer for work $20, a butter dish $1.50, and a beautifully giving spider plant with a vase $5. They were having a 50% off moving sale so I managed to get some scores. The only thing I passed on was the rose brooch and I'll forever regret it haha. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to find parking downtown. Then she proceeded to tell me that it would take an hour. She said the website clearly says the appointments are for one hour. Just checked the website again (see pic) and it says 30 minutes. Ended up taking it all back. Really a huge hassle. Never again! Complete waste of time.
