They charged me $58 and refused to give me a refund even though they did not do what I paid to have done. The rude man told me to leave it with them and he would fix it. He couldn't fix it in 9 days and I am out of time. He said "that's not my problem." Never have I been treated so rudely when a business clearly did not do what I paid to have done.

We came in and were immediately greeted by Paul. He is very nice and personable. I gave him my ring to size and he measured and gave me a few suggestions as to not weaken the thin band. We had brought with us some diamonds and gold not used in other projects and asked if he could use those against the price of the ring. He was very accommodating. He looked at my husband's idea and spent an hour with us going over designs and making my husbands idea come to life. He was very busy and told us upfront the project would take months. We had no problem with that as we were not in a hurry. We put a deposit down and Paul stayed in touch throughout the process. The result was nothing short of amazing! A gorgeous ring that we fell in love with. I wholeheartedly recommend Paul for any project big and small. He is an expert and can bring any dream to life.
