Hands down (I wish 0 stars were possible)…read more Joan, the manager, signs for packages that she doesn't check for, and then incompetently loses them, all while blaming the customer. Not only that but her people skills are the absolute worst, she has no idea how to help, but she has an uncanny ability to make things worse. All the while, UPS down the street was willing to go the extra mile to help me locate my package (which showed without a doubt that it was at this facility) but Joan and her team refused to help. They refused to connect with the kind UPS clerk, and refused to double check that the package was in the back. I'm truly in unbelievable shock that she still has a job with the way she treats customers. At best, I hope someone with a role above Joan's sees this and does something about it. And at the very least, I hope those who sees this review will take their business elsewhere- please, save yourself the headache and the blatant disrespect....
