Even though she was not able to come in the OR to photograph the actual birth the shots she did get are beautiful and capture the emotion of that day. The best part was that during such a personal/intimate experience as labor, her presence was never intrusive or distracting. Those photos are a gift I will treasure forever. I then went on to have her photograph our family for Christmas cards, a mommy and baby session with my new baby and one of the most creative ideas I've seen, her box session with the two kids. She is so passionate about her work. Leah has worked in Washington photographing for the zoo to MTV spike networks in new york. Once we decided to go forward with the photography session, Leah quickly sent us the quote and accommodated our schedule! She was living in new York at the time, transitioning to Austin. We met her at central park and she took us around to all of the great spots, bridges, etc! She made it fun for us! We got back the photos and we were so pleased!
