Floors are being replaced, told them they didn't need to clean any floors. Please Clean these things: Three bedrooms. Inside windows and window tracks. Nothing Else. Bathroom Entire Clean, Kitchen Clean. Oven was already self cleaned, but please wipe out and clean racks. Fridge filthy, Clean. Flat top stove, clean. Interior windows and slider in kitchen please. $400.00 I was quoted to do this. They wanted an additional $150.00 to clean exterior windows (three small bedrooms, one living room window and the slider in the kitchen. No Thank you) They swiped my credit card twice, so $800.00 out of my account. It's a tire place that ran my credit card. No authorization given for a tire place to run my card. Had to call the bank to have them stop the charges. She wouldn't go back after I was able to check the entire house. Initially I had said don't worry about the tub not clean. Was very dissatisfied with what they charged and the house no where near clean. What the owner says is "it's a lot better than it was". Well so be it, it is but it's still not clean.
