We've been slacking a bit as of late in getting the rug cleaned, but having called a few other locations and NONE of them getting back to us, we were surprised by not only the phone being answered, but service being set up almost immediately. 1. These guys do *fantastic* work, and are fast. They explain in advance where the problems are, where things might not come out so good (old carpet, pet damage, etc). 2. Affordable. No overpriced ridiculousness like you get from some of those large chain shops. 3. Overall work - really, I can't say how great a job they did. I found out about Tri-County Carpet Cleaning and am I glad that I did. I had a small puppy who was not potty trained and there were accidents all over the house. I tried my best to clean them but was hugely unsuccessful. Tri-County came out and they did a great job of making the stains disappear! Its been over 2 weeks and the stains havent come back up so I am very pleased with their quality of work. Also I felt like a big pain because I kept changing times and dates on them but they worked with me and never complained. I will mention that their rates are very reasonable and affordable.
