I am so grateful to have had my baby boy here and I truly was sad to leave just because of how amazing all the staff was to me, my husband and baby. One night I was struggling with breastfeeding and the nurses dropped everything and spent about 2 hours with me in the middle of the night to help me figure out what worked best for me and baby. I will forever recommend Marshall Birth Center to anyone that wants to have a hospital birth with as little to as much medical intervention. They are so supportive of your wishes with how you want things to go and if they dont end up going as planned, like in my case, they are very informative walking you through the process so you feel comfortable with the unexpected change.

He talked loud the whole time and told me how I feel. When I tried defending myself; he got insecure, defensive, angry, and told me how smart he is and how he's fit for the job. From my experience with crappy doctors, they often get defensive like this when they lack experience and knowledge. He pretty much has the generic knowledge of your standard nurse practitioner. He said I need to treat my symptoms with "SSRI's, therapy, and Buddhism". While I was in there, he skimmed through my labs, didn't even look at other labs, and asked me where my thyroid panel was; I tried telling him it was right in front of him, but he refused to acknowledge it and kept interrupting me. He also told me how I lack the vocabulary to explain my medical symptoms. When he saw one of my labs was abnormal, he said that is was just an error. Amr is loud, aggressive, ignorant, misleading, insecure, and an asshole. It's one thing for him to lack knowledge and experience, but to be an asshole too?! The worse doctor I've had by far. (And I've had a lot of crappy doctors). Please save yourself a trip and do not see Amr. And if you see him anyways..... Goodluck!

After nearly every OB appointment with the hospital system, Kate would provide me with more facts, answer the dozens of questions I usually had, and inform me of my options which ultimately helped me make the best decisions for myself and my baby. Throughout pregnancy and labor, Kate's knowledge helped me feel confident with every decision I made - she even guided my husband through parts of labor to help him understand some of the last minute details.
