horrible staff for mental health patients... first time asking for help and instantly regretting it thanks to the staff members. I have never been shut off, isolated and completely ignored when i truly needed someone to talk to. security staff was 50/50. One security guard told me while i was very distraught on wanting to know what's happening and if i could talk to my mom " your mother doesn't want to hear from you." that statement alone made me worse off than i was coming in... staff lack empathy and compassion. only seemed to be there for a check. one nurse in particular named Emily was very helpful and managed to calm me down. out of how many workers in that emergency room she seemed to be the only one leading with compassion. Would never recommend anyone here if their main goal is to get help for mental health.... read more

First, I hate giving reviews on this format. I'd rather give my review on a private venue whether it be a good review or bad. I guess this is they handle reviews now. I recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. I'm seeing Marshall's rheumatologist and I feel I got great quality of care. The office was very busy but the wait wasn't too long. Even with being so busy, he sat down and answered my questions, even a follow up phone call after the appointment to give an answer to a question that he didn't answer. I don't review Marshall, but I do my homework when it comes to who I see. There are a bunch of doctors there that are excellent and there are some I wouldn't go back to. Went to Marshall ER on 8-30-2015 with what I thought was a serve foot sprain. After x rays I was told that I had a fracture and had to wear a splint and stay off my foot for 10 days. I was told to contact Dr. Cyphers office on 8-31-2015 for further info. Amy from Dr. Cyphers called me and said "its a non orthopedic injury and should call my family Dr." So now I am here with a splint not knowing if I should stay off of it or not. Missing work and not getting any answers. I know my Dr. Will want me to come in and take more x rays and do things all over again. The receptionists/staff are completely incompetent and unprofessional! Every time I call they are either so rude or don't know how to do anything! I asked a simple question about my prescription and the lady on the phone had a terrible attitude and hung up on me! I have never experienced such terrible customer service at a medical facility like this one! Also they don't even know the Doctors names! When I call and say who my doctor is they have no idea who that is. I would switch providers in a heart beat but Marshall Medical is my only option right now. read more

I began using this clinic for my adult nephew who has down syndrome and they had a doctor who was familiar with that (unusual). Courtnie Billet was his doctor and he loved her, she made a difference to/for him. I began there having been so impressed w/ her and feel fortunate to have found them. As soon as I walked in w/ my nephew, I could just feel the "vibe" of a caring and competent place; from the front desk staff to the doctors and nurse practitioners, they're all great.
