He informed me of what to do next and what needed to be accomplished before he really became involved. It was most helpful and I am grateful he took the time to help me. A couple weeks later, I stopped in again to find out there was a couple steps and when those were complete he could set up appointments for the closings. When it was completed, I reached back out to Mr. Neill and it wasn't convenient timing for him, he set up appointments for us around our schedules and we got the closing done.
