The emails were very informative and helped with my research. A week ago, I attended a Zoom meeting that Dennis provided about Dementia and the different care options, how to navigate the Medicare/Medicaid process and how to pay for the different options. After the meeting, I called and received a free discovery call which determined if Dennis and his Elder Law Firm could help me. I also received a free Strategy Session via phone with Dennis, which lasted about 30 minutes. He was very cordial and listened with concern. I strongly suggest contacting Dennis and his office in order to preplan before your situation is too late. I feel like they could help a lot with estate planning and elder care as long as it is done long before nursing/assisted care is needed.

My experience with Mr. Morgan, and I have since learned from others, was that shortly after receiving the down payment, he begins a systematic process of making mistakes in court paperwork and the direction of the case in an obvious attempt to be fired. He became more of a problem for me than the company I had hoped to prosecute. Ultimately, I realized I could never win my case in court with him as my attorney and he was fired. Unfortunately, along with his firing, I had to drop my case against the business as the funds he had received plus the additional cost of hiring a new law firm exceeded the possible court award. This man is a crook in a suit with absolutely no conscience or remorse for what he does!

They are certainly not the same when you are talking about a noise disturbance.) He received back a letter stating there was precedence against our "chicken" claim (despite the fact that we stressed to him the topic was the roosters). When asked about this he said "of course I knew that." He also forwarded the letter without any explanation and behaved as if he was being bothered when we called to get his recommendation on moving forward. Not sure why he took our money and ruined any chance of suing the neighbor because he left out the key detail. A crowing rooster - not clucking chickens. I recommend you do not hire this attorney. He has a serious lack of attention to details and is unwilling to fix his mistakes. He owes us an accurate letter to the neighbor for no charge.
