I got a call two days later that they could fix it by the next day, which was great, because I was traveling over the weekend. When I went to pick up the laptop, they told me that the price would be discounted by the $50 diagnostic fee, which was an awesome surprise. I got the repair for almost half of what the other place was asking for. Couldn't be happier!

My projector was really expensive and it was making a horrible buzzing noise, they fixed the color wheel, replaced the lamp, and cleaned the machine. The shop owner really had some patience with my machine & I don't regret bringing it here. Other reviews talk about it being more expensive than the estimate, but seem to fail to understand extra parts may be needed once repair starts. Now the picture is so vivid and the fan is so quiet. Only reviewing now because I don't think the rating makes sense considering how great they are.
