I happened to be recovering from a rotator cuff surgery. I was in a motorcycle crash that resulted in a complete tear of my subscapularis. I had finished my PT, but I was suffering from a really bad AC joint impingement and I was faced with possibly having to get a second surgery. Wendy was able to figure out that the impingement was due to muscles in my shoulder being shut down, due to the trauma of the accident and the surgery. She is very skilled in applied kinesiology and thoroughly tested every individual muscle in my shoulder joint and rotator cuff and made the right adjustments and worked the right trigger points to get them all working. Over the course of a few weeks my shoulder began functioning properly and the impingement and pain is now gone. Wendy really knows what she's doing. Thanks to her treatment I managed to avoid a second surgery and my shoulder is on track to a full recovery. His receptionist, Robin, is also great. She makes scheduling and paying quick and easy. The bad news: Christopher's wife is in charge of his business, and all of her decisions seem to be bad ones. There is no working wi-fi for customers or staff; they don't have a working printer or fax machine; their billing program no longer works because they refuse to upgrade from Windows 7 to the latest, Windows 11; they do not maintain their office, so the stairs up to their second floor are rickety and difficult during rain or snow. And all these complaints are of long standing; his wife doesn't even care that I have offered to fix their wi-fi for free.
