I highly recommend Dr. Scott Glocke!!! He is absolutely the best and heals your whole self not just your spine. The difference between Dr. Glocke and other Chiropractors is that he truly listens to each and every patient and thier needs and he genuinely cares. He also gets to the root cause of your injury and heals you no matter how long your body takes to heal he is with you through thick and thin and no challange is too much for him. I can't forget Tara! She is the one that runs the ship at UCHC. Tara has a smile that makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. She always greets every patient no matter how busy she is and wants to know how you are. She truly cares and loves each patient like its her own family. Whiplash and a good friend sent me to Upper Cervical Health Center and this has added years to my life: no kidding! My posture has improved, i can turn my head,my back aches are rare now and I have improved physical mobility. Healthy eating, exercise and proper alignment keeps me 80 years young, teaching Water Aerobics and swimming lessons! What more could a girl ask?!? read more

I have been going to UCHC for many years and go every 2 weeks. He keeps my hips and spine in line and readjusts my ankles and keeps me going! In emergency situations he sees you ASAP the same day and does the necessary adjustments. Wouldn't function as well without Scott! read more

I didn't have any expectations about chiropractic care but thought I'd give it a try. I am extremely pleased with the results. Not only did he take care of the problem in my neck but my overall achiness from my arthritis is greatly improved. Dr. Glocke and Tara his secretary are extremely respectful and pleasant to work with. As a senior citizen, I chocked my symptoms up to old age but Dr. Glocke assured me that things could be better and they are. I'd recommend him to anyone. read more

Specialties

We utilize a very specific Upper Cervical (upper neck) technique called the Blair Technique. This technique is highly specific so that we can get to the true cause of why the body is not functioning at it's maximum potential. The major objective in the Blair technique is to keep the correction in the proper position for the longest period of time. The longer you stay in alignment, the faster your body can reverse the damage caused by the Subluxation. The Upper Cervical Spinal Correction requires NO twisting or popping of the spine in this procedure. Instead, the correction is barely felt and is often times described as very underwhelming. The procedure consists of positioning the patient on their side and then a gentle, light force correction is made behind the patient's earlobe, which is the location of the top two bones in the spine, called the Atlas and the Axis.

We wanted to open an Upper Cervical Office that had a primary focus of improving the health of our community. We are focused in educating individuals, athletes, children and people of all ages about the importance of having a proper functioning spine and nerve system. If there is interference with this system health and healing is reduced.

I have been going to UCHC for nearly 12 years now and I can honestly say, I would not be a normal functioning human being without Dr Scotts care and Tara with her bright happy ray of sunshine smile and attitude. Over the years my stress level has increased and Dr Scott has me in every week now to try and keep my back straight and migraines at bay. When I break bones he sees me more often to make sure I heal as quick as possible. He truly cares for his "patients" and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. We are a family of seven and we've been seeing Dr. Glocke and Tara for 7 years. I originally starting going for some dizziness issues. Any dizziness is rare now. It's helped so much. His care has helped me through 3 pregnancies. With regular adjustments throughout the pregnancies I have been healthy, strong, no aching back, and had easy, fast deliveries. My babies see him within a couple weeks of being born to get their first adjustment. My husband and I take all 5 of our children on a regular basis.
