BUT let me tell you that thi entire staff has the utmost respect for anyone that walks in their door. I spent my entire life as a Navy Brat getting military treatment...with that being said, Dr. Loper placed my.FIRST of about 4 sets of tubes at rhe age of 28!! I have always told all of my Dr.s that I just couldnt hear fully. No one ever found a rhyme or reason why...UNTIL I met Dr. Loper. He did all of the same tests that EVERYONE did. My hearing was FINE, but it wasnt!!! He did a final exam and wanted to "vacuum my ears" and THERE IT WAS. Years of Pastey buildup thwt he pulled out. For the first time in my life I COULD HEAR COMPLETELY. This office takes the time to "listen" (pardon the pun) to what I am saying. Love them and would suggest to anyone to give them a trial.

We arrived at their office and found out we needed a referral from our PCP. The office staff spent at least 30 minutes on the phone back and forth getting what we needed so that he could be seen that day without us having to pay out of pocket. Once that was settled Dr. Loper was very professional and quick with his treatment. Unfortunately he's had to go back, but again, the doctor was very professional and kind during his treatment.

He always takes his time with patients, you feel heard and valued as a person. He treats you like you are a partner in managing your health. Whenever I have needed to get in urgently, he always finds a way to fit me in. His office staff is amazing as well, with the amount of referrals I've needed they have always been on top of it. You can't have a doctor who spends quality time with patients without appointments running over. I I'm good with him running late, because that means he spent quality time with the patient before me, but he will also spend quality time with me. You never feel rushed... If you are a person that gets upset if your doctor is running behind, go somewhere else there are plenty of patience that are willing to wait for a doctor like him. I love that he is a doctor of osteopath and will do adjustments on you in the office. On top of all of that, he genuinely is a good person that truly cares about his patients. He even answers portal messages himself on the weekends. The quality of care you will get from him is rare, and very hard to find. I feel very blessed to have found him. He does amazing with medically complex patients, even several people that I have referred to him with chronic conditions have been amazed at how wonderful he is. He truly is one of a kind, that genuinely cares about you.

In September I had an appointment with Dr. Livingston. The day before the scheduled appointment, the receptionist at the office called me and told me I did not need to be seen by Dr. Livingston. She canceled the appointment. I am very sure I do not need a receptionist being in charge of my medical care. Finally in May, an appointment with the nurse practitioner had to be canceled and a new appointment was made with Dr. Livingston. I showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment. I was seen by a nurse who took my vital signs. Forty-five (45) minutes after the nurse had completed her work I was still waiting for Dr. Livingston. During this time I had him having a discussion with another patient in the next room. After 50 minutes I told the staff that I was leaving. I was told it would only be "a few more minutes". I asked how the staff knew that. Finally, I asked if I was 50 minutes late for an appointment with Dr. Livingston would that be okay. Of course, I was told no. My response was "There you good." General Practitioners no longer go to the hospital, do not provide emergency care, and are not therapist. If the physician cannot see you near the scheduled time, find another physician.

Don't bother. Lazy and incompetent office staff that puts patients lives in danger daily.read more

When I arrived I wanted and was called by a nurse to come back into the patient room. The room had items packed underneath it. She kept the door open when she asked me personal information. I was told that I needed to pay out of pocket for a test covered under my insurance that day. Although I let them perform an exam, I never wanted to come back to that place. I received information recently that has lead me to believe that they placed a diagnosis on my medical record that was false. This place was horrible!!
