We have had a couple claims in the years we have been with Robert and, WITHOUT FAIL, Robert has handled them and taken great care of us. They may not be the cheapest out there, but you usually get exactly what you pay for. While they are extremely responsive and available, they are extremely poor at taking care of their loyal customers. I was overpaying for an insurance policy that I was told immediately that I was paying too much for. During the discussion to bring it down, I was told I can explore other options. When I did, I was able to get everything I had with this office a lot cheaper with another agency. I was not expecting to save so much money. This office is unfortunately not loyal to their long standing customers. Tread carefully.
