While Sunjae was initially very responsive to our questions, once a payment was made responses haven't been timely and work on our forms had plenty missing and mistaken information on very basic aspects. We didn't receive any apologies after pointing these out and corrections and revisions take forever for them to make. Disappointed and wouldn't recommend. Making an addition here following the filing of our case. Sunjae filed the same picture as evidence for two different occasions despite our well organized folders of pictures as a couple. When I pointed the mistake out, no apologies, and coming up with suggestions as to how "we" as the couple can correct it.... I am baffled and really recommending against this company.
