As a first time home buyer I was a bit worried and skeptical about trusting anyone with really understanding all my wants, and actually listening to what I was saying. Alison Everhart was AMAZING! I can not say enough good things about her. She really stayed on top of new listings and always kept me in the loop of what was going on. I wish there was a 5k star option, Alison goes above and beyond. 1st transaction was with our own home, we looked for a few weeks, she pushed and pushed and pushed to find our forever home for us, and then we found it, she was so informative and made the process a ride in the park, then my grandmother had a previous agent from hell (that is my own personal option which is covered by the constitution) anyway Alison came in listed the house, turned the utilities back on and within the first weekend she listed it, my grandma had an offer for 50k more than she was in escrow for 6months with previous agent.
