While talking to a childhood friend, she recommended her realtor Erin and gave me her number. It felt too intrusive to call her personal cellphone so I decided to go to her website to learn more about her and ultimately decided to call the general number. Well, guess who answered?! lol Erin. I had to mute the phone shortly after she answered because I was awkwardly giggling to myself like a crazy person. I guess I just figured someone from her team would answer so it's funny I ended up talking to her anyway. We had a nice conversation. While I had many questions, she patiently answered them all. She offered locations to consider in my price range, townhomes and single family homes and places that don't charge an HOA. I thought HOA's were only on condo's, derp. Erin demonstrated to me that she's more interested in the relationship than the transaction and I respect that.
