Now this place only offers telemedicine at the moment (which can all be done via email) and do not offer in person visits at the moment or so I was told be there scheduling coordinator Vanessa. I'm appalled that they would turn away anyone seeking mental health services over a phone number. ‍ imagine a hospital turning people away for not having a phone number!! I'm eager to see what they will reply to this review because there is no excuse to deny anyone seeking help. Especially for something extremely trivial like a phone number. There are no clauses anywhere on their website explaining such a policy. Seems like you guys aren't in the business of helping those in need except yourselves.
