It was Tuesday evening December 20th. After having to ask one of the four salesman to come help us (no other customers in the store) these are the highlights of our experience. We were told (all with a dismissive attitude): 1. They don't have a way to measure children's sizes even though they sell children's shoes. 2. They don't know how to read different children's sizes. (i.e. 2 VS. 10W). Instead, just continued to read the numbers on the labels to me. 3. Their children's shoes don't have Velcro. (Not, I'm sorry we're sold out of children's shoes with Velcro or something else more plausible.) I have worked in customer service for years, and I would have never treated a customer with such a flippant and dismissive attitude. If this was a new hire, coworkers can be asked, there's always smartphones and Google, and there is simply 'I'm not sure, but let me find out for you.' When I was working in a new field, I had to say this a lot. In doing so, I learned about the industry and gave my customers a positive experience. We put back the shoes we had found and hurried out the door. I really hope this was a fluke experience, as buying shoes from Rudolph's has been a tradition for my family whenever we came together.

I was offered a mimosa while I shopped and appreciated the level of customer service. We're here for you but not going to drown you with questions. I got more of a sense that the gals working cared about you rather than they were working on commission. Very sincere. The decor is relaxing and stylish. It is not overwhelming, very clean and visually appealing. The place is very high end looking but the prices are friendly and affordable. All items I touched or tried on seemed to be great quality. I think I chose about 4 things to try on. While I kept looking the dressing room was set up for me with my clothes. I was told there were a few more items in there for me to check out. I thought this was great and again made me fee really special. Items chosen for me that weren't on the shelves?! Great marketing and attention to the customer. Huge win in my book. I was interested in a bag but wading sure I f it would hold my laptop. The gal went and got hers and tried it out. I decided my wouldn't work but kept going back and forth on the bag.
