Tor assured me the company was legitimate and reached out to the company on my behalf to assist in the booking of my international arctic travel. I was buying a Zozi deal so it was a little nerving wracking, but Tor's professionalism and responsiveness assured me it was a good deal and to book it. This means he did all the work, even though I went through another company. He also offered to book my flight which was helpful as the airlines have figured out how to jack up prices up on airfare by monitoring your IP address while you do your own online price comparison. Flights increased in the 4 days I was shopping around from $1100 to $2400. Tor to the rescue-- was able to lock in a reasonable priced round trip ticket. Bottomline- if it wasn't for Tor's guidance I would never have booked this trip to a winter wonderland!

He recommended we do an overnight excursion to Greenland and it was very interesting and worthwhile. Our trip included a rental car and we drove ourselves around the ring road. I was reluctant to do this, but he assured me, rightly so, that Iceland was easy to tour this way and it gave us the opportunity to stop wherever and whenever we wanted. All of the activities and hotels were prepaid and there were zero complications. At each hotel we gave our name and were given our key. The vouchers for the activities were unequivocally accepted. We also appreciated Tor's help with questions such as availability of sim cards, tipping policies, and adjusting the schedule to accommodate our planned hikes, etc. Overall, I highly recommend Tor Jensen for travel to Iceland.

It took us about 20 minutes in the morning. A few things to note that are great about this location, they open at 7:30am, online it says to bring your completed form and pictures, but they actually have the forms there and they can take your pictures there. We found out that getting the pictures done there is actually cheaper than getting it done at Walgreens. All you really need is to roll up with your license. Overall, great experience. The staff member told me he has to "initiate closing procedures thirty minutes before close," which means they effectively stop serving customers at 5:30 despite advertising until 6:00. If your real cutoff is 5:30, post 5:30. Sending a paying AAA member of 20 years away during your stated open hours is a waste of people's time and a poor way to treat long-time members. Fix your posted hours or honor them.
