Every time I have ordered DTG shirts from this company they have been messed up from online ordering a specific shirt color, and weeks later being told they don't have that available, to washing them and the design crumbling, not being able to make deadlines even when ordered weeks in advance. Would never recommend this company to anyone the receptionist is rude & chippy, refunds received that aren't the correct total (obviously shorted in their favor) I have received 3 refunds from them on 3 orders always some kind of issue with their product & timing. When they tell you they will look into the issue and call you back don't hold your breath because It never happens. you will have to call them back to follow up. Also asked to speak with the owner (Austin) about the issues going on and magically he disappeared to lunch even tho she asked him a question when I was on the phone with her. Please note: they do not do in-house embroidery. So it's roughly 2 weeks if you want anything done. I brought some jackets here that we needed to be embroidered for our company. I really wish I would have shopped around more, but I was referred by the company that was bought out by them. I knew the price was high, but again, I just needed to hurry up and get it done. So now I know. They also sent us an approval for the logo placement. All of our polos have it on the left, so I asked for it to be on the left. The photo of the jacket they sent for approval (after we dropped them off), they showed the Nike logo was on the left, so we had to move the logo to the right. I should have double-checked, 100%. There is no logo on the left, it was on the sleeve. I trusted what they sent, and now our jackets don't line up with our polos. I had to get some polos done for our company as well. For 84 polos to have a little over 2" logo, they were going to charge us over $1000. I knew they were high, especially in comparison to the guy that we used prior. So I had time to look for other pricing. I found most companies were $400-600 max. I got at least 5 other quotes. We, of course, went with a lower company. And they did 87 polos in less than a week because they don't outsource. I highly recommend shopping around. I'm sorry, but less than half of the price for the same quality of stitching and much quicker is truly insane to me. read more

I found out early Tuesday morning that I needed 70 shirts made for an event this weekend. Found this company on Google and immediately knew I made the right decision. Jeff answered the phone, knew exactly what I needed, explained the whole process, cost, timeframe in a quick call and into the store/office front I went (once I had confirmations of prices for my shirt). When we walked in, we were greeted with smiles. All of the information that was shared over the phone was exactly the same in person. Graphics were drawn up, I was able to send a proof for approval to my team. We even received a quick tour while we waited for my team. I knew I was asking for a lot when I requested a 2 day rush in 70 shirts but Jeff gave me his word and not only did he stand up to it, his team got our order done earlier than expected.
