I specifically asked about turnaround time, and the person on the phone told me that if I brought it in that morning, it could possibly be ready by the end of the day. That timeline worked perfectly for me, so I immediately drove 20 minutes to the store. However, when I arrived and spoke to the employee at the front, I was told it wouldn't be ready until the following week. I explained that I had just called and was given a completely different expectation. She then asked if I had been informed about a rush fee, which I had not, and proceeded to say the fastest turnaround would actually be 3 days. This completely defeated the purpose of me calling ahead in the first place. If I had been given accurate information, I wouldn't have wasted time driving there. Very disappointing experience. I understand that timelines can vary, but clear and consistent communication is the bare minimum.

It took three months to finally get them completed, which is unacceptable by any professional standard. To make matters worse, another order was done incorrectly with no apparent quality check in place. Their "replacement" effort was lackluster at best--they swapped a black hat for a charcoal one, which doesn't even match the original order. This is not quality work; it feels more like a babysitting operation than a professional embroidery shop. On top of that, they didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience. I had to practically shake them down to get a 20% discount--something that should have been offered proactively given the level of failure and delay. If you want long wait times, inconsistent communication, and subpar craftsmanship, this might be the place for you. But in a town with plenty of embroidery options, I will never use this business again. There are far better companies that actually value their customers and take pride in their work.
