We met with Jim when we went to visit the house and get some of the few items we wanted to keep. We liked and trusted him immediately and knew we would use him for the sale. However, we didn't sell for another 8 months. Once the house was in contract for sale, Jim worked with us remotely. He went to the house and coordinated with our real estate agent to get in. He took inventory, sent us his thoughts on value and strategy, took photos and handled all logistics. We flew in Friday, Sale was Saturday, and house was empty on Sunday. Done. Jim is a pleasure to work with and does everything, turn-key operation. He not only performs the sale, but does the advertising, and can come back after the sale to haul away everything that doesn't sell.
