Bad Service if you are out of the area. I'm out of Central Illinois and in SW Florida for several months. The transition coating has a problem and the company will not honor the warranty since I'm unable to get back to Illinois before the 90 day warranty expires. They told me that when I return, it would be a new office call and charge to my account. My advice is to work with a National provider if you travel. read more

They take many kinds of insurances and will work with you to find any discounts available. If there any issues, they are fixed immediately. I would give all about eyes less than one star if that were an option . I purchased my glasses in January of this year they have been repaired twice ( very cheap frames ) . They ordered me a complete new frame the first of May ( im still waiting ) this is their idea of a rush order. I personally would not return as a customer if they gave me the glasses at this point. read more

I went to the store in Forsyth 4 times in 8 months to find glasses that I liked as I was told they get a new shipment in every 2 months. On the 5th time I found two pairs that I loved. I ordered the glasses at that time and was told they would be ready in a week. I went to pick them up and the glasses were not made correctly. The lenses were COMPLETELY LOPSIDED. After 45 minutes the salesperson confirmed they were not made correctly. She said they would have to be remade. I asked about the other pair that were made correctly but did not have the "clip on" attachment. She said "someone must have lost them." This was the 2nd trip in. She said I would have to be remeasured for the other pair to be remade. She started to mark them without me trying them on. I asked if she should let me put them on and THEN measure. She said "oh yeah." After another week I made my 3rd trip in. I asked about the clip on and was told they would try to order it from the warehouse. My other glasses were remade and the salesperson tried for almost an hour to get them adjusted correctly. After an hour I said if they can't get them adjusted then I would like a refund. Every other time I have bought glasses at other places I was in and out in 15-20 minutes when picking them up. The salesperson offered me a 75.00 store credit and a free pair of sunglasses. I told them I would not be purchasing anything else at that store. Finally he was able to get them adjusted correctly and said he would order the clip on for the other pair that fit. I thanked him for trying to "make it right." I recd the WRONG clip on that looked nothing like the glasses it was for. Also, one of the lenses cracked after two days in the pair that had to be adjusted. So I made my 4th trip in. They again had to be remade. I asked that they be mailed to me as I did not want to come in a 5th time. Glasses were mailed and I recd a call that the CORRECT clip on was discontinued but I could come in again to pick a different one out that "may" fit. I said I was not making a 5th trip out there. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME AT THAT STORE AGAIN. Only good thing I can say is Joe, one of the salesmen, DID try his best to help. But in the end I will not be back. Too many issues and too much wasted time. read more

Once my glasses came in, which was quick, store personnel fitted them to me and I was gone in about 15 minutes. Future glass purchases will come from All About Eyes. read more

Save your paperwork. I picked up my contacts, and they had ordered my previous script. Went back and the contact boxes were marked incorrectly. Had left and right switched. Person at counter was unapologetic, shrugged and said "Happens sometimes." read more

Yesterday was my 1st experience at all about eyes. I must say for someone who doesn't like to shop for glasses I had a great experience. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Sarah. After letting her know I was looking for frames she showed me around the store. Not sure of what exactly I wanted she left me to look for maybe 5 minutes. Which was great I do not like over bearing sales people but she knew to still check back in and be attentive. With her help we found 2 pair of frames and managed to have a good time doing it. She asked me if I minded someone helping with the "paperwork/computer" work because she wasn't 100% with the process yet. I didn't mind at all but was appreciative of her honesty. Today was my third time attempting to get in to be seen to see the optometrist, based off of this fact alone I feel that they do not want new clients. On top of this being my third attempt each time I've entered the store you hear the store associates dealing with angry and unhappy customers which also did not sit well with me and should have warned me to just go elsewhere. There is a receptionist that sits in the inner office part where you start to see the optometrist and the only words I can use to describe her are nasty, rude, unprofessional, unpleasant, sloppy, and messy. She never smiles, she will ignore you for as long as she possibly can and when she finally does address you it's as if you are bothering her. Today I arrived five minutes late but I still decided to see if they would allow me to keep my appointment. I went in and went straight to the counter knowing that I was late and didn't want to delay checking in any later than I already had, plus I'm almost nine months pregnant so moving takes me a little longer. I get to the counter and she is on the phone having what sounded like a friend to friend conversation (as I could hear the customer on the phone) and for the next four minutes she doesn't look my direction, acknowledge my presence, and at one point she reaches over my head to take a clipboard from another customer, still acting as though I don't exist. Reaching over my head was the tipping point for me, but I still don't say anything I stand there and continue to wait to be acknowledged. When she finally does address me she looks at me over the rim of her glasses and rudely says "Yes?" I tell her my name and the time of my appointment. She then states that I am eight minutes late (which by this point is correct seeing as I was standing there without acknowledgment for three/four minutes while she carried on her conversation) and that I can be seen but it will be after everyone else is seen. I don't respond I just wait for her to tell me what I need to do next, well she continues to mutter about needing to be there early, and this is why they say this and this is why they say that. To which I still don't respond although she is addressing me as though I am her child who has annoyed her. Finally she asks if I have filled out paperwork and I state that I have. Well surprise surprise she can't find the paperwork which annoys her even more. She then throws her hand in my face and yells at me angrily and aggressively to "Just sit down!" I decided to do her one better than that and I take my wallet and I politely walk out of the store and will never return. Her behavior, especially her lack of respect for my personal space was too much! I had to catch myself from defensively slapping her hand out of my face. I don't understand the lack of professionalism in this city, but I for one will never return to All About Eyes nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. read more
