Best place to go if you need a piercing. I've had my ears done twice and this was for my 3rd time. I didn't feel the needles go in and it was done very quickly. Michael was excellent and gave me great after care tips. The pricing was good...$25 for each ear. He even offered a follow up visit to check the ear care and to change out jewelry since they're getting a new shipment of better grade surgical studs. Overall one of the best experiences I've had at a tattoo shop and with piercing. They really know how to run a business and get return clientele. I recommend everyone come here for piercings. I'll update this review once I get tattoo work done there, but I expect the same quality of service. read more

I originally got my nose pierced here almost 2.5 years ago. About 4 months ago, I wanted to change my nose ring up so I went in there looking to go from 18g to 20g. I asked to see the 20g nose jewelry and that's when the guy proceeded to show me three different options. They were 18k gold and they had like a stud, star, and one other thing priced at $18. After having one of them in for a month, not only did the gems all fall out but my 2.5 healed nose piercing suddenly was infected and peeling SO much. I tried to buy a new 20g piercing elsewhere to replace this one and it didn't fit. I returned and spoke to the female piercer and she said, "I don't even know what size these are so I don't sell them". Turns out they're 24g or maybe even smaller. So now I have to get my nose pierced again and almost start over. I used to recommend people here all the time but now I'm frustrated about this experience. read more

I went to all about ink for piercings, and was definitely super happy with my experience. I arrived and was warmly greeted by Son. She had me fill out all the necessary paperwork, and was happy to explain everything about the process to me. Her prices are great, I paid 25 for my lip ring and 35 for the nose ring. When getting ready for my piercings, everything came out of sterile packaging and was super clean, and she explained everything as she did it. I was a little nervous, and she was happy to talk to me and help distract me. She marked both my piercings and checked with me to make sure that they were where I wanted them. It was super quick and hardly hurt thanks to her skill, by the time I had a chance to think about it, it was over. Son is a great piercer with experience and awesome prices, I would recommend her to anyone for any kind of piercing. Also, the tattoo artists there are very warm and friendly, which made my experience that much better. They were very encouraging, and helped me get over some of the nervousness I had about the piercing process. Great shop! read more

I came here to get my lip pierced at about 9:20pm. They close at 10 so I thought 40 minutes would be PLENTY of time for a quick lip piercing. It takes less than 10 minutes to do it but i was turned around at the door saying that they were closed and to come back tomorrow. There was one guy working on a tattoo in there and the other two workers were watching tv. Tonight was my last night in Pensacola and I really wanted to get this done before I left. Not a "come back tommorow" highly disappointing especially when you had plenty of time to do it. read more

My best friend and I went there to get matching ankle tattoos. I can't remember the name of the person that tattooed me but I'm thinking Ty. He was pleasant and chatted to me to take my mind off the discomfort. Even though we came in super late on a Sunday night we were able to get right in, and the prices were extremely reasonable. My tattoo artist was great and very committed to making sure my work was good. The colors and style were even better than I expected and my bows came out great! My friend picked a different color and hers are beautiful as well. I am a slow healer, but had no problems with aftercare and they healed perfectly. As long as you follow their instructions for aftercare there should be no problems with your tattoo. The customer service was great and the shop was nice and clean. read more

Came up from the keys to visit my mom and get her her first tattoo. We were getting memorial tattoos for my little brother that passed away from cancer. Leah was great. Very patient and accommodating. I was on a quick trip so she got to sketching the tattoo design that very day. We went back and forth with Leah on the design we wanted - again she accomodated us nicely. Once the design was agreed upon and drawn out, she made sure to get us in, we discussed sizes for each my mother and me. With that.....my mother was in the chair for her first tattoo. I went next. I have been going to All About Ink for the past 6 years. My artist is Drake. He is the best. The shop itself is the nicest around. From the owner to the staff, everyone is kind, caring, and funny. If you want quality work at a decent price this is your place to go. I have had a half sleeve, back piece, thigh piece, and misc little ones all from the same place. Avoid the vape shop. Sadly for the products offered the service is trash. "I don't know" is the answer for everything, and then if you buy something you can expect hrs of sitting to wait for someone to decide to come eventually to process a refund. So if there is a chance you may have to return something I would recommend driving across town. She left at one point while I was asking her something, she was having a conversation with somone who worked on the tattoo side the whole time. She also sold me the incorrect product even after asking multiple times. Waste of time. Go else where! read more

I got my nose pierced here a few weeks ago and overall, the experience wasn't so good. When I first got there a few of the employees were in the front smoking, Not a problem, everyone needs a break--when I went inside another employee was on the couch watching TV. I thought he was a customer until almost ten minutes later he got up and asked me if I'd been helped. When I told him I hadn't and that I was there for a piercing, he went and got the piercer. For whatever reason, I had to wait another five minutes before the piercer came out of the room. I filled out all the paperwork, payed, and then he finally took me back. Now I wouldn't have minded the wait if he'd been, say, stocking or making sure the room was clean, but he didn't do those things until AFTER he'd taken me back. The actual piercings didn't take too long, but he had really loud screamo music on so that was annoying, and then after he finished he started to clean while giving me aftercare instructions. Maybe it's just me but shouldn't you finish completely with the customer before starting on the cleaning? Overall it was an extremely messy experience. The only reason I have it two stars was because it was clean. I called ahead and let them know I'd be coming in for a piercing and customer service was STILL awful. Find somewhere else if you're getting a piercing. read more

I have to give this place 2 stars unfortunately..... And the stars and really just because Ty was a really cool dude and he does great work but my tattoo which looked great upon leaving just did not heal up great at all. I had a pretty simple tattoo done here and it just looks terrible now and it's less than 6 months old actually, looked this bad at 3 months old. I had the year 1962 tattooed on my bicep in an old western/circus kind of font. The healing process was an absolute nightmare and maybe it's partly on me for not going back to see what you had to say about it but either way it should not look the way it dose now. It's not completely filled in anymore and you can literally see the lines in it where he was hitting it with the shading needle. Eventually I'm gonna have to pay someone to just fill it in. But like I said this could have been my fault but none of my other tattoos look like that. read more

i honestly had such high hopes before i came here because i heard of such good artists until after my experience today. i have gotten ink before so this is my first time getting a tat. i also am aware that walk-in appointments take longer than average which is fine. what i don't understand is why the fuck their system is so dysfunctional to the point that everybody seems to not know what the fuck is going on. me and my best friend planed for a while now to get a tattoo and wanted to go here for this experience together due to us both hearing about such fantastic reviews. i tried to call about a month prior to schedule an appointment but was told by leah that you had to walk in to schedule an appointment and didnt take deposits over the phone or email, which defeats the entire purpose of scheduling an appointment if im already walking in the tattoo parlor that excepts walk-in appointments until 7 (within reason). so we just shrugged off not being able to schedule one and decided to plan a weekend where im actually off for once so i can mark a milestone in our friendship and get a matching fucking tattoo which was only black & grey and was only half the length of each others forearm. we went in and waited for almost two hours before approached by somebody that worked there and asked if we were getting tattoos after already checking in and deciphering already this decision on the check in sheet. then this artist that approached us wasn't even the artist, by the name Erica, that was going to do the tattoo. she didnt approach us until another 30 minutes later to ask us what our concept was and then she disappeared for another hour. keep in mind we arrived at 3:30 pm and didn't get started on one of our tattoos until 6:30 pm. in between her showing us the sketches we were already concerned and asked how much it was which was $200 each (which is extremely reasonable and not the issue) and then we proceeded to make sure we would have enough time and we were absolutely guaranteed to get both of our tattoos done in the SAME DAY and takes both our full payment and tips BEFORE THE COMPLETED PRODUCT???? so ok cool great im chilling cause i let my friend go first since she was here first and literally at about 7:40 she asked me what time it was as shes finishing my friends tattoo. and then after Erica proceeds to finish my friends tattoo she turns around and asks me if i can come back another day, preferably next weekend when she has more time. in any other situation i would have been ok but what pissed me off is that she promised me and my friend came in to get literally the same fucking tattoo and only got one done, two separate artists asked if she needed help with one of our tattoos while my friend was getting tatted and refused the help, then freaks out and asks for help at the end, nobody can help her at this point since now they are literally fucking closed since its now nearing 8:30pm and tells me i need to come back another. i told her that i work all the way in cantonment m-f 8:30 to 5:00 and i dont really have the energy to come after work and sit here for another three hours in my uniform to get a tattoo i already paid in full before receiving the service and having to come back a week later and politely asked if theres a way to get it done today then ill get it done today and if not then i would like a full refund. she then got up, grab a literal fucking cigarette and went talked to her manager, then left to go outside and smoke and literally never came back to apologize or anything to me. then i go through the same conversation with the manager explaining i wont have another off day until next weekend and the days they requested me to come in were unreasonable. im disappointed because my friend now has the tattoo we wanted and i dont. i will not be ever returning there to get a piece done and everybody there is extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. read more
