Comfy couches. Nice receptionist. However, the piercer and tattoo artist (the same man and owner, David Pearce) was awful and ruined the entire experience. Dave was incredibly rude and complaining multiple times during both of my visits. He kept lamenting about how he's so busy and annoyed at everyone. It was ridiculous. He made us feel like a burden for coming to give him business. I can understand feeling a certain way about being very busy with life things, especially when you have a trip coming up, as he mentioned he did. But be an adult and take care of your things in a timely manner, and if that can't be done don't complain about it to your customers repeatedly. I should've asked if we got a discount; he has a sign in his room that says "25 cents for whining". We could've at least save a few bucks! Although the work was good, I would never come back simply due to the owner's, Dave, attitude. If you do come here, ask for anyone but him. The other gentleman seemed much more pleasant. Told him what my husband wanted and made an appointment (for a Sunday a normal closed day) made our deposit and left. My husband sent him a cute little mermaid tattoo I wanted but with a few changes.
